The location is excellent for those who want a place to spend a few days in Porto Alegre. Easy to get to and very close to bars, restaurants and in front of the Redenção, with great options for tours there. The space was clean and has a great view of the city, both in the apartment and on the terrace. Eduardo was always communicative, with instructions and any doubts. I recommend it!

Cleize's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located, clean and super well equipped with all the necessary utensils. Cleize always responded quickly, and passed on all the detailed information before our arrival. In addition, for the period of the year that we rent, it is quieter, and we have a more flexible check-in and check-out. Anyway, there were 8 of us, everyone was very well accommodated. The view from the apartment by the sea is spectacular. I will recommend it, and I hope to return for a new stay!

Very good location, quiet street and easy access. There is a market, bakery and bars nearby, you can do everything on foot. The apartment was organized and clean, the stay was great.

Beautiful, clean apartment, very well cared for in the smallest details! Eliane gave us incredible attention, the common areas of the building are great, especially for children, there are two indoor playrooms and two outdoor playgrounds, and the location is very good, we walked to the consulate and Carrefour easily, there is a great shopping mall nearby as well.

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

All as described in the listing. I highly recommend it and I'll stay again when I come back.

Amazing apartment. It has a beautiful sunset view, both in the apartment and on the rooftop, which also has a gym and a leisure area. It is in a great location and even has a grocery store on the ground floor. Friendly host and responds quickly. Anyway, we love it and we already want to go back.

A beautiful house and a very cool condominium! All very comfortable and tasteful , house clean and tasteful! The lake view is a spectacle by itself, both at night and at sunrise !

Good accommodation with an excellent location and good disposition, the capacity is for 10 people maximum and one of the double beds is an armchair bed. it looks like it was an excellent property, although maybe it could use a bit of maintenance
