Townhouse with living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs, and on the second floor it has two double bedrooms (with air-conditioning). In the condominium, there is a swimming pool and a small square for shared use with other residents of the condominium. There is space for the car right in front of the house, but it is not a covered garage. We have basic utensils such as towels, sheets and blankets. House in a gated community very close to downtown Gramado! The best location. Before booking in Gramado, look at the map and check the distance from the center!! The location of the house avoids the use of Uber or parking (which is difficult) in the city center. Perfect for families and with these amenities only my house!!! Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. A glass-enclosed bathtub without whirlpool, for the exclusive use of guests. Bathtub in one of the en-suites too! Two parking spaces.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to rest, this is your place! It's located just entering our town. Our idea consists of offering an excellent place, willing to be considered as home, close to nature, and planned with much love. We've like a small farm next to the house (rabbits, chickens, turkeys...all part of our family). It's possible to visit with our supervision. Ask for it :) Enjoy our patio to light up a bonfire and hang out with your dear family members.

We spent wonderful days in the Duplex! Very cozy, we did not lack anything, everything very clean and in perfect condition. It is exactly as it is in the photos. Neusa received us with great affection and attention by presenting the rooms and being available if you need anything. The extremely quiet, safe and quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, can walk quietly, close to the market also and 5 min from the center of Tramandaí by car. We went into a large group at the carnival and accommodated everyone super well, the courtyard also very spacious, we kept 4 cars and 4 bikes and we continued with space to circulate, the location is good, two blocks of the sea, right on the platform, we could go all the time, from the center is far, I recommend going by car or picking up the street that goes to the platform and to go to the stage of the concerts of about 25min. on foot, the street of the house is very calm, without much movement, good for those who want to go to rest. The house corresponds exactly to the one described, being perfect for a quiet stay. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils, Internet functioning normally, with good speed/stability, good beds and showers. Quiet and complete condo, with open pool and other indoor (heated), tennis court, beach tennis, soccer fields, food-trucks, market and restaurant. Counted with recreation and my kids loved it. Also, it has a support house on the beach, where they provide chair and parasol, in addition to allowing a bath to take the sand at the return of the beach. I recommend it and we will definitely return!!

Torres Vacation Rental

We had a great time. There were four of us and the house was comfortable. Simone was always in contact with us, very attentive. Small issues came up when they arrived, but she always resolved them very quickly and correctly. The area is ideal, close to the beach and downtown. I recommend it.
