The space is located in an upscale area of the city with many squares and beautiful people. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and gyms. It is the ideal place for those who need to be at the airport quickly or to get an American visa, as the Consulate is between the two destinations. It is also close to the 3 universities: PUC, UFRGS and UNISINOS. We have 3 spaces for lodging at the same address: Chalé do Manacá, Quarto do Jardim and Quarto das Tulipas. Lindo Studio Near Nova Orla Gastronômica

Property with high ceilings and beautifully decorated to serve our guests. It is a spacious and comfortable studio! 30 m2, well-lit and with amenities. It is in the back of the owners' residence but has a separate entrance. Located 400 meters from Molhes Beach and 100 meters from the Gastronomic Route. There are utensils to prepare small meals but, if you prefer, the best restaurants in town are nearby! A bakery, supermarket and pizzeria can also be found in the neighborhood

The bedroom has a closet, double bed, we offer, if you want, 1 double/single mattress for use in the living room, along with a sofa bed, 2 fans. We have a Smart TV. Wi-Fi network. The washing machine is available upon request. Bed and bath linens are not provided. The place is quite quiet, close to the center, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and a gym.
