I had a wonderful experience this weekend! The house was clean, well cared for and super comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The condominium is complete and safe, providing tranquility and practicality throughout my visit. In addition, the support of the hosts was incredible — always attentive, helpful and ready to help with whatever was needed. I highly recommend and I will certainly return!

Marcelo's home is beautiful, welcoming and made us feel like a home! Our goal was to rest, spend a few days off in the calm of the countryside, and we were able to enjoy every second! Marcelo is a host who responds very quickly, when requested. The house has a very special outdoor area, where our favorite part was to contemplate the silence of the place with the outdoor fireplace lit, taking good wines, along with our AUmigos, included in the accommodation. The condominium is great for those seeking comfort, rest and tranquility. Great family atmosphere and perfect for those who like to travel with dogs. The location is very privileged due to the natural beauty of the preservation area, while at the same time being close to the center. Super easy and smooth check in/out. Hostess always available and helpful.

Returning today from Gramado (June 3) and I was delighted with Silvana's apartment, when we arrived we got a sparkling wine with welcome chocolates and we loved it, the apartment was super clean and is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, Rosa who welcomed us is a sweetheart and Silvana too! Ágatha's apartment is impeccable and better than in the photos. I was extremely satisfied with the stay, everything in good condition, well decorated and well equipped, as well as the common areas of the building. Communication with Ágatha was great; she has been very helpful since last year, when I also made a reservation but ended up canceling the trip due to the floods. My only suggestion is to replace the bathroom curtain with a shower enclosure or something similar, because when you turn on the shower, the steam moves the curtain, which sticks to your body (and gets the outside a little wet). Another point of attention is that I did not feel very safe walking alone in the neighborhood in the late afternoon and early evening. I walked to the nearest supermarket, Asun, and was apprehensive about the surroundings.

The apartment is very cozy, it exceeded expectations. It was very smelling when we arrived. Having a washing machine is very useful, we like it a lot. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is perfectly dark for resting. The building is very quiet. The location is perfect for doing several things on foot and still enjoying the beauty of the neighborhood. I highly recommend it!
