The apartment is super cozy, has a beautiful, quiet and welcoming backyard. The area is great with lots to do, lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. It is also close to the Parque da Redenção, where the fair takes place on weekends. The host gave this suggestion and it was really worth checking out! Fabíola is attentive, helpful, was understanding about the flexible check-out, having only a minimum unforeseen event on the day of departure, where she was without signal and out of the area, unable to respond to us quickly, but nothing that hindered our stay. I hope to return to Porto Alegre one day and be able to stay in the apartment again.

Anderson is an excellent host, always ready to resolve any existing questions or issues. My only nuisance was with the bed, which was stained and uneven. Because of this I ended up looking for another place to stay. In any case, Anderson promptly returned the other part of the amount not reimbursed by airbnb and promised to make the change of bed the next day, which will benefit the next guests. Location very close to PUC and a large supermarket, with a garage for the car and the necessary infrastructure for a good stay.

Undoubtedly, the best view of Porto Alegre I've ever had the pleasure of contemplating in an Airbnb! During the day, the city is simply stunning, and at night, it gains a charm and magic that impress, the clouds at our height. I hope that in all my future visits to POA, this apartment will be available, because now I only want to stay here! This was by far the best Airbnb I've ever used in the capital. The entrance is super accessible, including the garage, which made my stay much easier. The location is excellent, close to everything and strategically positioned halfway between the south and north zones, which makes it very easy to get to any point in the city. In addition, at check-out, I was able to stay a little longer to organize myself with peace of mind, a gesture that made all the difference and demonstrated exceptional attention. I highly recommend it!

The apartment is brand new, everything is clean, organized, with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The location in Una Park is a differential, the park is beautiful, it has a track that we use to run, it has bakeries, restaurants and a 24-hour market, in addition to being close to the mall. The building staff were always very polite and cordial. We needed to use the laundry room, Márcia promptly booked it and we paid a small fee. Very dear host, always responded quickly. We love everything!
