Nice wooden house from 2010. Excellent road and bus links to Sandnes, Stavanger and Sola. NB! There is currently some road work in the area. If you wish, we can prepare a bedroom with a double bed, a room with a single bed and a room with a sofa bed for 2 people. A total of 5 people. And we can move out in our cabin 25 minutes away by car. We live in a residential area which is located between Sandnes, Stavanger and Sola. It is walking distance to commercial area Forus and a big shopingsenter.

Sleep well in comfortable beds in our house located in a silent neighbourhood. You have your own bathroom. From your room you have a splendid view. There is free parking outside our house. You are free to join us on our terrace (if the sun is shining...). We normally serve you good breakfast every day with fresh home-baked Norwegian rolls. Nearest grocery/Mosvatnet lake is 5 minutes walk away. Also close to Stavanger university and Stavanger University Hospital.

Stor enebolig med 5 soverom og 2 komplette bad. Huset ligger i et Villastrøk , ca. 300 meter fra ONS messe-området. Det er kort avstand til Stavanger sentrum ( 5 min med buss/bil). Huset er plassert i hyggelige omgivelser, med kort vei til tur/joggeruter rundt Stokkavannet eller Mosvannet. Det ligger flere butikker/kjøpesenter i gåavstand. Huset har en flott stor fredelig hage med flere sitteområder ,gassgrill og bålpanne.

Leiligheten ligger i 2.etasje med en perfekt sjøutsikt over Hafrsfjord. Her er det fine turstier og bademuligheter langs stranden. Leiligheten inkluderer ett soverom, ett bad, en romslig stue og kjøkken. Fra stuen er det utgang til en solrik balkong med en koselig sittegruppe. Leiligheten har kort distanse til kollektivtransport i form av buss og privat parkeringsplass med ladestasjon.

My place is central, yet quiet location, near the center of Stavanger and close to walking areas like Lille Stokkavann, and Store Stokkavann. 15 minutes walk to the center of Stavanger, or take the bus, 2 minutes away. Good living condition with nice garden.
