Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

Ein ganz besonderes Apartment in Traumlage mit Blick aufs Bamberger Rathaus, stilvoll mit Antiquitäten eingerichtet. Das Vorderhaus wurde anno 1530 errichtet, die Wasserseite folgte 1640. Ursprünglich ein Fachwerkhaus, das während der Barockisierungsphase im 17. Jh. verputzt wurde. Die Fassade wurde 05.2026 mit viel Liebe zum detail Restauriert und erstrahlt nun wieder im vollen Glanz neben dem Rathaus. Das Haus wurde 1968 von meinen Großeltern erworben, davor war es 200 Jahre eine Apotheke.

Die mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltete Dachwohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Wildensorg, einem ruhigen Vorort von Bamberg. Mit dem Auto gelangst du in ca.10 Minuten ins Zentrum. Ein Stadtbus fährt Stündlich. Zum Domberg ist es ein schöner Spaziergang von ca. 40 Minuten. Die helle und freundliche Wohnung bietet alles um sich wohl zu fühlen. In den Sommermonaten findest du auch ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen im Garten rund ums Haus. Wegen der Dachschräge gibt es nur eine Badewanne.

There is also an inner courtyard where you can smoke and also park your bicycles.

The apartment is located approx. 10 minutes by car from Bamberg city center in a quiet place surrounded by single-family houses and fields. Shopping facilities are located in the neighboring village, which can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. There is also a swimming lake. Obergreuth offers a good starting point for exploring around Bamberg, Franconian Switzerland and various beer gardens.

Cosy and comfortable flat for 1 or 2

Our second floor flat is perfectly located in the quiet 'Wunderburg' district of Bamberg which is about 10-15 mins walk to the old town. 5 mins away are two of Bamberg's best known breweries, Keesmann and Mähr. Both offer a wonderful collection of beers and local food . Booking is highly recommended. Here you will also find a Rewe supermarket with a baker. The main train station is approx. 15 mins walk.

Bamberg's Gärtnerviertel

The apartment is located in the historic Bamberg garden district. There are two bedrooms for max. 4 people. Bamberg city center is about 10 minutes' walk away, while Bamberg main train station is about 5 minutes away. Children are welcome but unfortunately the apartment does not have a changing table, etc. Smoking is not allowed in the whole house, but is allowed on the balcony.
