Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The large, extraordinary loft-like apartment is centrally located in the trendy Schanze and Altona district. Beautifully located in the backyard with lots of greenery. In addition to the relaxed bedroom, there is a large work/dining/living room with its own tea/coffee station , which is integrated in the entrance area. A large terrace with seating area offers space for relaxation. NOTE: Entrance is done and kitchen is shared.

Farmhouse “Lillebroers“ in the Altes Land

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. In front of the cottage is a pretty little garden seating area with private dike access. We look forward to seeing you!

Backhaus an der Elbe with fireplace (+ heat pump)

Quaint bakery on an enclosed, secluded property on the Elbe dyke in the biosphere reserve. The cottage is very traffic-calmed in a cul-de-sac location and can be reached via an 80 m long private path. In 70 m as the crow flies, there is a currently occupied stork nest. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters away. Two bicycles are available, free of cost.

The house is located on the edge of the city of Hamburg in a very quiet environment. The large garden offers enough space to relax or for the children to romp around. A car can be parked directly in front of the property. On the day of arrival, please call 20 minutes before arrival for key collection.
