In Eurer Wohnung (1. Stock, nicht barrierefrei!) genießt ihr einen perfekten Blick auf einen großen Garten mit Teich. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein kleines Schlafzimmer sowie einen größeren Essbereich mit Küche, wo die Schlafkoje ist. Im ruhigen Dorf gelegen ist es nur 30 Minuten (Auto) in die Hamburger Innenstadt oder nach Lübeck. Direkt in der Nähe sind Naherholungsgebiete und schöne Wälder. Im Ort ist ein großer Pferdehof und es gibt zwei gute Restaurants.

Living in the Alstertal

This modern and fully equipped two room apartment with a wonderful view of the “Alstertal” offers many opportunities for relaxation, sports and other activities. Through the garden you have direct access to the “Alsterwanderweg”, perfect to go for a run, hiking or walking. In 10 minutes one can walk to the largest shopping center in Northern Germany, the AEZ and the rapid transit train station Poppenbüttel, from which one can reach directly the city centre. Also, the airport is not far away.

Sutje Bude is a cozy 40sqm freshly renovated fully equipped 1- room apartment with its own entrance. It has a combined living/ sleeping room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom (for your usage only) as well as a west balcony. The bright apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a traditional Rotlkinker building in the popular district of Barmbek-Süd close to Winterhude.

Die Nähe zum Falkensteiner Ufer ermöglicht einen direkten Zugang zur Elbe und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die vorbeiziehenden Schiffe.

Gemütliches Haus am See

Das gemütliche Sommerhäuschen liegt direkt am See und befindet sich auf dem gleichen ca. 3500 m2 großen Grundstück wie unser Wohnhaus (ca. 45m entfernt). Am Ende der Sackgasse ist es sehr ruhig, Natur ringsum. Es ist praktisch und komfortabel eingerichtet, mit allem, was das Herz begehrt und bietet eine Unterkunft für 2 Personen, ggf. mit Kind. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist ggf.als Schlafcouch nutzbar. Ideal für Pärchen, Freunde, eine kleine Familie oder ganz alleine.

The accommodation is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac next to a park with a small lake. The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Furnished apartment in a quiet blind alley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Alten Land, near the Lühe pier (about 15min walk over the dike). Stade, Finkenwerder, Buxtehude and Hamburg (45min.) are easily accessible by car. But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers
