We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

We are happy to welcome our guests ourselves. The property is only suitable for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed via a request. Our apartment is located in our villa and is located right by the city harbor with swimming area and children's playground. A wonderful place for young families, but also cycling vacationers, racing fans and traveling senior WGs. Children up to 2 years stay with us free of charge.
