Absolute recommendation - it doesn't get any better! The apartment is a real gem: brand new, stylishly furnished and located on a very well-kept property. At first, we were a little unsure because there were no reviews yet, but this "risk" has completely disappeared. Upon arrival, we were greeted with loving details: a generous selection of Franconian beers was waiting in the refrigerator, and there was water ice for the children – a great gesture! Otherwise, Melanie and Manuel's apartment is above average well equipped: from the filled cookie jar to the milk frother to the large cooler, everything was thought of. Everything is new and sparkling clean - great! The hosts are extremely friendly, but pleasantly reserved - you feel welcome without feeling watched. In short: an accommodation as you wish - we would come back anytime!

We thoroughly enjoyed our very relaxing holiday at Stephan's apartment. The peace, tranquility and wildlife were perfect for us and we spent so much time outside in the garden. We especially loved the swimming pond which had 3 large fish in it. The apartment was comfortable and very quiet. Easy to walk straight into the forest or down into Strullendorf. Highly recommend a stay at this lovely AirB&B. Stephan was very friendly and replied to messages very quickly.

The stay was all around perfect! The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, cozy and very tastefully decorated. The location was great, everything was easily accessible. The hostess was extremely friendly, helpful and always easily accessible. We especially liked the balcony, the fully equipped kitchen. We were with two couples and a toddler for a long weekend in Franconia. The apartment offered plenty of space for us and is ideally located. Bamberg is less than ten minutes away by the nearby S-Bahn, and you can quickly reach Franconian Switzerland by car, but we were also able to try the local cuisine and beers in Strullendorf itself. The communication with Ms. Andrade was excellent, we received all the information about the apartment, parking and an activity in the village directly from her. We would stay again any time!

If you find it difficult to leave, it indicates that you have arrived, feel comfortable, and would like to stay longer to continue enjoying yourself. Gabi and Hans Jürgen contribute significantly to this feeling, warm, open, always approachable and inviting, but with great empathy, respecting the privacy of the guest. The high-quality, lovingly furnished and clean apartment is located in a well-kept "paradise" garden below two worthwhile sights and hiking destinations, the Giechburg and the pilgrimage church Gügel. "Upper Franconia, a region of enjoyment" is the name of the area, I would like to add, with a feel-good domicile in Scheßlitz/Zeckendorf, with Gabi and Hans Jürgen.

I have not been disappointed here, great tiny house in a quiet residential area. The furnishings are very cozy and high-quality and exactly to my taste. You don't want to leave here. The host was easily accessible and responded almost immediately to questions. He gave me a personal briefing on the technology, such as the oven and air conditioning. This property is worth every euro. The town of Scheßlitz is located directly on the A70, about 15 minutes from Bamberg and 30 minutes from Bayreuth. Internet works great. I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again. There are some restaurants on site and shopping is also no problem. The house also has a small garden with a table and chairs.

Florian was easy to reach or always got back to us promptly with questions. Friendly host and uncomplicated, which we appreciated very much. Beautiful region, apartment was easily accessible and clean and equipped as described in the listing.
