The market house is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel of Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the historic castle ruin. The vaulted cellars date back to 1527, while the main house was built in 1734 in the Franconian half-timbered style.

Unser Haus mit 2 FWen befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Fuße des Rauensteins, direkt am Malerweg. In ca. 600 m erreichen Sie Elberadweg, Fähranlegestelle, das Erlebnisbad und Gaststätten. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen, Radtouren, ebenso für Besuche von Burgen und Schlössern sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. In ca. 500 m befindet sich die S-Bahnstation "Stadt Wehlen".

Dear Guests, A warm welcome to Pfaffendorf, situated amidst the Elbe Sandstone Mountains and close to the Saxon Switzerland and Bohemian Switzerland National Parks. The 7th stage of the *Malerweg* hiking trail passes directly by the house. This cozy and spacious holiday apartment (55 sq m) is located on the ground floor of a house (built in 1900) in the district of Pfaffendorf. Amenities include a dedicated parking space, a private guest terrace in the courtyard, and secure high-speed Wi-Fi.

We are prepared for non-smoking guests who want to spent an active vacation within culture and nature.

A comfortable and family-friendly apartment awaits you with a kitchen-living room, bedroom, shower and toilet. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. In addition, there are 2 additional bedding options. A travel cot for toddlers is available. The rooms are painted with natural colours and the wooden floors are treated with natural wax and are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are allowed on request. A large balcony invites you to linger.
