The recently completed apartment has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, dining and balcony. One bedroom has a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, the second one has a bed measuring 140 x 200 cm, and in the third bedroom there are two bunk beds that can be placed next to each other, each bed measuring 90 x 200 cm. The apartment is centrally located, the train station is a 3-minute walk away, two supermarkets, bakers and butchers are also accessible by short distances.

Castle chapel and event rooms can also be rented. Sofa bed or crib on request. Regensburg can be reached in 20 minutes. Hiking from the front door. On the bike-hiking trail. A wonderful place to write the unfinished novel or for a workation. Owners live on the top floor.

Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.
