In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Due to the half-height location, you have a very nice view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family of four.

You love our place because of the location, the peace, the views and the atmosphere in the freshly renovated artist house. Our place is good for traveling alone peace seekers, business travelers, and couples, unfortunately, not for kids.
