Sehr gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt (U1, U9). In ca. 5 Min. ist man im Zentrum von Stuttgart, gleichzeitig ist der Wald fussläufig entfernt. Durch die Halbhöhenlage hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über die Stadt. Unser Haus wird mit vier Personen bewohnt. Zu beachten ist: Es gibt keinen barrierefreien Zugang zum Haus (Treppe).

Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Within walking distance of the city center in a quiet street is this small room (13 m²), furnished according to the British model, in a guest house with a total of 6 rooms. Unsere Unterkunft liegt an einem Südosthang in der Nähe von Waldgebiet, dennoch citynah (10 Min. zur Innenstadt). Zur Universität kommt man mit dem Bus in 8 Min.! Man liebt unsere Unterkunft wegen der Lage, der Ruhe, des Ausblicks und der Atmosphäre im sanierten Künstlerhaus. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut für alleinreisende Ruhesuchende, Geschäftsreisende und kulturinteressierte Paare, leider nicht für Kinder. Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hauses kostenfrei.
