Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, directly by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Top renovated one bedroom. Apartment with separate entrance and private sun terrace. A light-flooded room with a small kitchen and a separate daylight bathroom. Very well connected to the inner city (U1, U9). In about 5 minutes, you are in the center of Stuttgart, and at the same time, the forest is within walking distance. The semi-elevated location gives you a very beautiful view over the city. Our house is occupied by four people. Please note: There is no barrier-free access to the house (stairs).

Our accommodation is located on a southeast slope near a wooded area, yet close to the city (10 minutes to the city center). The university can be reached by bus in 8 minutes! People love our place because of the location, the peace, the views, and the ambiance in the renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for solo travelers seeking peace and quiet, business travelers, and couples interested in culture, but unfortunately not for children. Free parking near the house. Superhost for a long time!

Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Not far from the property there is a good bakery, several cafes, an organic shop and good restaurants as well as nice little shops.

It is fully furnished and optimally equipped with cooking facilities as well as the necessary utensils. Therefore, it is also perfect for a longer stay. The south-facing balcony with a beach chair invites you to sunbathe with a view over the city. Double beds (180x200, 160x200). The apartment has a steep staircase and is therefore not suitable for children under 6 years.
