Cozy mini apartment (about 18 sqm) in the basement with natural light and your own bathroom. Access to the room/bathroom is self-sufficient. Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, directly by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Top renoviertes Ein-Zi. Appartement mit separatem Eingang und eigener Sonnenterrasse. Ein lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer mit kleiner Küche und einem separatem Tageslichtbad. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt (U1, U9). In ca. 5 Min. ist man im Zentrum von Stuttgart, gleichzeitig ist der Wald fussläufig entfernt. Durch die Halbhöhenlage hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über die Stadt. Unser Haus wird mit vier Personen bewohnt. Zu beachten ist: Es gibt keinen barrierefreien Zugang zum Haus (Treppe).

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine steile Treppe und ist daher für Kinder unter 6 Jahren ungeeignet.

Welcome to the south of Stuttgart! The apartment - on the 5th floor with a wonderful view over Stuttgart's south - is very quiet and located near Marienplatz. Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Within walking distance of the city center in a quiet street is this small room (13 m²), furnished according to the British model, in a guest house with a total of 6 rooms. It offers a high-quality double box-spring bed, wardrobe, table and chair, "hospitality tray," a flat-screen TV and of course high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a modern, private small bathroom. Not far from the property there is a good bakery, several cafes, an organic shop and good restaurants as well as nice little shops.

Idyllic in-law in the countryside close to the city

Unsere Unterkunft liegt an einem Südosthang in der Nähe von Waldgebiet, dennoch citynah (10 Min. zur Innenstadt). Zur Universität kommt man mit dem Bus in 8 Min.! Man liebt unsere Unterkunft wegen der Lage, der Ruhe, des Ausblicks und der Atmosphäre im sanierten Künstlerhaus. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut für alleinreisende Ruhesuchende, Geschäftsreisende und kulturinteressierte Paare, leider nicht für Kinder. Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hauses kostenfrei.
