Very good connection to downtown (U1, U9, U34). In about 5 minutes you are in the center of Stuttgart, at the same time the forest, nature is only 2 "Stäffele" (stairs) from the house. Due to the half-height location, you have a very nice view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family of four.

Our 23 m² modern apartment has been newly renovated and has two separate rooms and a bathroom. A two-person occupancy is of course possible. The bedroom is equipped with a 1 m bed, a closet and a dresser. In the living room there is a sofa with a bed function and the fitted kitchen, as well as a dining table with 2 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer combination.

Our apartment (with separate entrance) is close to the forest, yet close to the city (10 min. to the main train station). The university can be reached by bus in 9 minutes! You love our place because of the location, the peace, the views and the atmosphere in the freshly renovated artist house. Our place is good for traveling alone peace seekers, business travelers, and couples, unfortunately, not for kids.
