Public transport and restaurants can be reached quickly. The Marienhospital is about 10 minutes away on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. Via the “Erwin-Schoettle-Platz” stop (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) you can take the subway to the city center in 4 minutes. Quick connection to the motorway and to the musicals (Si-Centrum).

Due to the mid-altitude, you have a very nice view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family with four people.

Our 25 m², modernly furnished apartment is NEWLY renovated and has two separate rooms and a bathroom. A two-man occupancy is, of course, possible. The bedroom is equipped with a 1m bed, a closet and a chest of drawers. In the living room are the sofa with bed function and the fitted kitchen, and a dining table with 2 seats . The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, kettle, microwave oven and fridge/freezer combination.
