The house is located in the "village" in the middle of the island with walking distance to swimming in all directions, 30 meters to the grocery store and 10 minutes walk to the ferry location Bratten. From the balcony with evening sun, you can see sheep grazing in the meadow. The accommodation has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. Washing machine available in the bathroom, working wood stove in the kitchen. The accommodation is about 75 square meters.

Your own small cottage on lovely Styrsö - a half-hour boat trip from Gothenburg. On beautiful Styrsö in Gothenburg's southern archipelago is this charming and completely newly built cottage. In 30 square meters, loft and sun deck, there is everything you need for comfortable and pleasant days. The cottage is located on the west side of the island. There was the old fishing community and on the way to the cottage you pass the old fishermen's houses close proximity to each other in classic archipelago style. Ferry, shop, café, nature and saltwater swimming are just a stone's throw away.

In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyll. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to an archipelago house with a fantastic sea view on the island of Asperö in Gothenburg's southern archipelago. The accommodation has a bright interior and a lovely light from morning till night. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the ferry and the harbor. There is a 24/7 grocery store that is accessible with a Swedish bank ID. On the neighboring island of Brännö, there is a well-stocked grocery store. A swimming jetty is located directly below the house and around the island a scenic walking loop of 3 km.

There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Sjöboden som är över 150 år har vi varsamt renoverat och utrustat med allt du behöver för en vistelse på vår underbara ö. Sjöboden ligger i vår prunkande trädgård med tillgång till en egen altan med förmiddagssol och en större altan framför huset med magiska solnedgångar. Sjöboden ligger ett stenkast från färjeläget och några minuters promenad till café, restaurang, mataffär och olika badplatser.
