THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

The house is located in the "village" in the middle of the island with walking distance to swimming in all directions, 30 meters to the grocery store and 10 minutes walk to the ferry location Bratten. From the balcony with evening sun, you can see sheep grazing in the meadow. The accommodation has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. Washing machine available in the bathroom, working wood stove in the kitchen. The accommodation is about 75 square meters.

Your own small cottage on lovely Styrsö - a half-hour boat trip from Gothenburg. On beautiful Styrsö in Gothenburg's southern archipelago is this charming and completely newly built cottage. In 30 square meters, loft and sun deck, there is everything you need for comfortable and pleasant days. The cottage is located on the west side of the island. There was the old fishing community and on the way to the cottage you pass the old fishermen's houses close proximity to each other in classic archipelago style. Ferry, shop, café, nature and saltwater swimming are just a stone's throw away.

In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyll. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to our cozy little lake cabin with sea views right at the ferry location Styrsö Tången. The lake cottage, which is over 150 years old, has been carefully renovated and equipped with everything you need for a stay on our wonderful island. The lake cabin is located in our magnificent garden with access to a private balcony with morning sun and a larger balcony in front of the house with magical sunsets. The lake cabin is a stone's throw from the ferry dock and a few minutes' walk to a café, restaurant, grocery store and various swimming areas.

Welcome to an archipelago house with a fantastic sea view on the island of Asperö in Gothenburg's southern archipelago. The accommodation has a bright interior and a lovely light from morning till night. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the ferry and the harbor. There is a 24/7 grocery store that is accessible with a Swedish bank ID. On the neighboring island of Brännö, there is a well-stocked grocery store. A swimming jetty is located directly below the house and around the island a scenic walking loop of 3 km.

Knarrholmen is a car-free island with several nice swimming areas, both with a sandy beach, a bathing jetty and a cliff jump. You can only get there by ferry or your own boat. Knarrholmen can offer both paddle track, outdoor gym, sauna and nice walking paths. There is also a very nice restaurant on the island.
