Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Südburgenland

The place was very beautiful with a great design. Kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable. An air conditioning would be neccessary during the day but fortunately at evening the weather was great so the flat could cool down. The location was a little bit noisy in the morning but it was perfect for reaching everything by walk. Long story short, it was a perfect stay with a very great owner :)

A great base for exploring Graz; not in the fanciest neighborhood but walkable to the centre and the flat itself was super comfortable and well-equipped. We particularly loved all the houseplants!

We had to do things at the opera and therefore the location was optimal for us. The courtyard is pretty and creates a pleasant atmosphere, a supermarket is just around the corner... The furniture is already a bit used, but I did not find it disturbing - and it should probably soon be replaced a few parts. Three separate bedrooms are ideal for a small group - and the balcony overlooking the Schöckl is also great. The door app, which can be used instead of the key, is also practical. It's all good for me

I am extremely satisfied, it has everything you need. Very clean and nicely decorated. Occasionally you've heard a little noise from a club. I highly recommend the property!

Nice, very well-equipped apartment in the immediate vicinity of supermarket, bakery, tram. Due to the location in the basement, it is a little dark.

Everything perfect, as described

From the moment of the booking till the check out Roland was nothing but an ideal host. The house is amazing and well worth the rate. Everything was extremely clean and well put together, beds were beyond comfortable. Perfect get away for any type of special occasion. I would definitely recommend it...the only downside to the stay was there was actually a time where we needed to leave, would have gladly stayed forever! :)

We were in Limbus with a dog for an extended weekend and can only recommend the accommodation. We'll be happy to come back.

The house was beautiful, very clean and cozy. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The facility itself, including the sauna, is perfect! Many good tips for excursion destinations and brochures for the surrounding area are prepared in a folder. There is so much to choose from that a week is not enough. A visit to the Riegersburg itself is a must and you should definitely see the birds of prey and the associated show. We enjoyed the stay very much and took beautiful memories home. Michael and his parents welcomed us extremely friendly, the house was very lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped for a modern holiday. As a family with a small child, we could totally enjoy the spacious green area in front of the house, the surroundings of the Viennese Alps offer a breathtaking backdrop. Many hiking trails with various attractions all around are right in front of the house. The absolute highlights for the little guests are the surrounding farms, where you can marvel at cows and horses from up close. An absolute recommendation for all those who urgently need a break from the hectic everyday life!

Everything was as described - an unusual but very cozy house in which many people have space. Even on a rainy day, we felt very comfortable and were glad that the house is so well equipped. Only a large dining table inside would be practical if you can't use the terrace. That's when it gets "cozy" at the 8th round table ;-) It was also great that you can darken all the rooms with blinds (except those in the basement). Markus was always easy to reach and helpful.

We had a wonderful time in the house with three couples. It is a beautiful home with plenty of space both inside and outside. Also that you could retreat for a while if you felt like it. The location of the house is also great. Could immediately walk beautifully (were there in June) and close to beautiful pictures or sights. Super friendly owners too. A small tip. Cleaning could really be better. Lamps thick layer of dust. The windows were very dirty. Cutlery and crockery were not always clean. Small things, but that was a pity. And the cupboards might be a little less full,😊 but this is personal But most importantly, it's an amazing house!! Recommended

Main square/center can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, grocery store and drugstore in less than 10 minutes - great location! Very large and beautiful apartment that exactly matched what the photos promised. Kitchen amenities were perfect. Communication with David worked very well, the apartment was ready to move into 1 hour before the official check-in. Great that there is an espresso machine and we could start the short vacation with an espresso on the balcony. We highly recommend David and his apartment!

The Place was clean and looked like the pictures, the check in was easy and the hosts responded quickly. The interior was Very pleasant and their were yoga mats and board games provided. Perfect for short trips. 😊

The apartment is very nice and exactly matches the photos in the description. The self check-in worked smoothly and Bernhard is an extremely friendly and helpful host who always responded quickly to inquiries. The apartment is spacious, so we – four adults and two children – had plenty of space. Particularly noteworthy is the large, cozy living room with an inviting sofa and a spacious dining table, where we were able to enjoy many beautiful meals together. The WiFi worked perfectly and on hot days, air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures. The beds were very comfortable and we felt completely comfortable. Although a busy road runs directly in front of the house, the street noise was barely noticeable since the apartment is on the third floor. The beautiful old town is only about ten minutes' walk away - we could easily reach everything on foot. We would be very happy to come

Milena was always easily accessible and responded in a timely manner. The apartment is well furnished with everything you need. The city center is easily accessible by bus. I'd love to come back.

Overall great experience. Owner genuinely care about our well being.We arrived late so she gave us clear instructions how to get in, where to park, where to find things.She even messaged us where to find a store in the morning. at day of our checkout she offered us to stay as long as wanted, since apartment was free for the afternoon. We wont be looking for any other apartment ent when we come to Maribor.

I had high expectations already based on the photos but the place went above and beyond. More beautiful even than the pics, a geeky paradise indeed. I had everything I needed for a few days' stay and Reinhard went the extra mile to accommodate my late check-in which I greatly appreciated. It was a joy coming home every night to such a beautiful place, and I would definitely return in the future. Thank you so much!!

Nice place. Bright and comfortable. Walking distance to old town, train, Central Park, river & Pyramida. Perfect location. For the most part, it is adequately outfitted. (Inexplicably there was only one dinner plate). We had a lovely stay.
