Liebe Feriengäste, wir freuen uns, Sie in unserer gemütlichen FeWo in Hausdülmen begrüßen zu können. Die FeWo im OG mit Balkon ist komplett ausgestattet, eine Garage mit e-Ladestationen für Fahrräder, PKW-Stellplatz sowie ein Kellerraum stehen zur Verfügung. Eine abwechslungsreiche Umgebung mit Bächen, Seen laden zu Spaziergängen und Radtouren ein. Naturverbundenheit und Nachhaltigkeit sind uns ein besonderes Anliegen. Kinder bis 17 Jahren sind frei, bitte nicht als zusätzl. Gäste anmelden.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Signal Tower City

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Wellness Guesthouse De Gronding with Jacuzzi/Sauna

Kick back and relax in our wellness guesthouse. Enjoy your private sauna and jacuzzi, to relax all day or after an active day of cycling, walking or shopping in the nearby towns of Deventer, Zutphen or Apeldoorn. Have a morning coffee with an unobstructed view of the fields, and maybe have the neighbour's cows greet you at the fence. At night, relax by the outside fireplace with a glass of wine. It has everything you need, just unpack your bags and enjoy!

Our newly renovated and stylishly furnished apartment is both very central and idyllic. After exploring the Ruhr area, visiting the Movie Park or "Auf Schalke," the loggia invites you to end the evening in peace. Within a few minutes' walk (~500 m) you can reach not only the Wittringer Forest and Martkplatz but also various restaurants and the shopping arcade. From Gladbeck you have a direct connection to the A2/A31/A52 highways.

Fewo Schmugglerpatt Workshop

Diese besondere Gästehaus hat einen ganz eigenen Stil zwischen einer alten Werkstatt und Industrieal-Styl. Bei der Renovierung wurden ausschließlich Bio-Farben der Firma Miss Pompadur verwendet. auch die Fußböden sind biologische Böden der Firma ter- Hürne. Feinster echter Parkett und im Bad der Neue High-Wood Boi Holz Boden. Wohnen sie mit direktem Ausblick auf unsere Pferde-Kletter-Hügel und Blick in die Natur.

Tiny House im Münsterland

Unser Tiny House steht in einer Streuobstwiese in der Nähe des alten Bauernhauses und vermittelt Ihnen ein außergewöhnliches Wohngefühl. Der Bauernhof liegt im Herzen des Münsterlandes am Rande der Emsstadt Greven. Eingebettet in die Idylle der Aldruper Heide finden Sie bei uns Ruhe & Muße, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Durch ein gut ausgebautes Radwegenetz können Sie Münster (15km) und Umgebung leicht erkunden.

The house, built in 1971, has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Every guest – big or small – will quickly feel at home. The spacious living and dining room area overlooks a large, secluded garden. Everything is light and friendly. On the large terrace you can have a leisurely breakfast, barbecue or simply sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant level of comfort.

Our newly built apartments were completed in 2024 and offer modern comfort on about 45 m². Each apartment has a cozy bedroom, an inviting living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish bathroom and lovingly designed furnishings. Located directly above the "BumbleBee" daycare center, they offer a quiet atmosphere in a central location – the city center is only a 10-minute walk away.

Studio on the Rhine with Jacuzzi and sauna

Unique top location on the Rhine in Emmerich, close to the Netherlands. The accommodation is suitable for two people and features a jacuzzi, sauna (maximum 40–50 degrees, no use of oils), smart TV, balcony, private kitchen, and air conditioning. Parking is available within walking distance. Restaurants are located along the riverside and within walking distance.
