The house is the ground floor of a terraced house, a few steps from the sea. Its proximity to the beach (30 m.) and the city center (6km) offers the possibility of experiencing the sea, nature, sport and the opportunity to learn about the history and art of the native people. The house is located in the historic center of Sant'antioco and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor is the living area with sofa, TV and kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven). There is also a courtyard with a large barbecue and table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. On the second floor, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
