Cozy, comfortable, quiet, well furnished house, with a large outdoor space also equipped with a barbecue, very close to the beach. Hostpitality is very kind and always available for any need. We had a really great time.

Tita Villa is a beautiful and very well-equipped house located in the prestigious Is Morus compound – a peaceful and secure area, perfect for relaxed walks among pine trees and holiday homes. While the compound has its own beach access, we personally preferred the nearby beach at Santa Margherita di Pula – absolutely stunning! The villa itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Communication with Lorenzo was super easy and quick, and self-check-in was smooth and straightforward. He’s been an excellent and very kind host throughout our stay. We can 100% recommend Tita Villa and would love to come back in the future!

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

The house is beautiful. The stay was extremely pleasant. Lisetta and her husband are friendly, distinct and hospitable people. It's been a pleasure to be guests and I'll definitely respond.

Our stay with Claudio and Carole was wonderful. The house is located in a quiet location yet close to the beaches and the village of Pula. The house is very spacious, the rooms are really large and everything is super clean. The garden and especially the view are beautiful. Carole welcomes you with open arms and is happy to help for tips or questions. We felt super welcome with our 2 children. Highly recommended!

We stayed for five nights in this beautiful house, and I left my heart here. It was even more stunning and cleaner than the pictures! The host is even more wonderful than the house itself. The house is great. It is very modern and stylishly furnished. The entire house is equipped with modern air conditioning. There are two large bathrooms, each with shower. There is a great shower outside. The yard is very spacious and beautifully planted. The house is ideal for a couple's, Family, Friends holiday. It was a fantastic stay for us and we would come back at any time and will do so sooner or later.The service was from another world.We received an extremely warm welcome and didn't have to worry about anything.They approached us proactively and solved even the smallest problems for us quickly and efficiently. You immediately felt like you were in good hands because everything ran smoothly. At no point did y ou feel like a mass-produced item that needed to be finis hed off as quickly as possible,but rather like a person who you wanted to give as nice a vacation as possible. We stayed in 4Accommodations in Sardia for2 weeks and it was by far the best in every respect!ThankUve🙏

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Beautiful house in a beautiful place

Riccardo was an excellent host. Extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for the area. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for anything you need.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

We had an exceptional week at this beautiful home. The place is beautiful (accurate to the photos), clean, very functional. It is perfectly equipped. The outside is very beautiful, very well maintained. And the pool… superb (and heated!). Stefano is very friendly and very responsive, he immediately answers any questions and sincerely cares about the well-being of his tenants. A beautiful cottage with pool not far from the beach. It was all there what you need. Mini market was in walking distance. Silvia was very friendly and always available. Handyman Salvatore was very friendly and took care of everything without disturbing. The cottage was very secluded and for sightseeing you need a car.

A very large great house with lots of space. The best part was the wonderfully large pool. The rooms are large and the surroundings very quiet. Federico was always easily accessible and very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy and pleasant and even in German. The check out was very flexible, as no one came into the house after us, we could even stay in the house a few hours longer. In the area there are many very nice beaches and good restaurants. It was a great stay and we will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation. A car is definitely needed. The small and nearby town of Pula is recommended. Beautiful and charming Italian atmosphere!

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

Elvira is the perfect host. Lovely Villa ideal for the family and well equipped; pool perfect addition. Local Co-op fantastic, fresh veg , meat, cheeses,bread etc. 2min walk. Beach 5min stroll lunchtime cafe good. Excellent restaurant “ the Victory” 10min walk, looking out over the harbour for perfect for evening meal- fish specialty. Sardinia ideal, beach after beach along the coast, would definitely recommend. Elvira, many thanks the perfect host and a beautiful Villa. Best wishes from us all.
