What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

A really lovely, spacious apartment right on the water! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was such a nice bonus for a long stay. Also a nice that we arrived to welcome gifts from the hosts. Would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

The apartment is super nice and very new. The location is great for walking to the village. There is also enough parking space in front of the house, where you can park for free. Communication with Francesco was excellent! We were able to ask him anything and he was quick to respond. He was also able to give us tips for restaurants.

We felt very comfortable with Sylvia and Roberto. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the quiet location very much and also that the beach was within a few minutes' walk. An ideal place to relax and go on excursions.

Vanda and Endrio were great hosts. They greeted us at check-in and were always available for our questions and requests. The apartment was truly "spotlessly" clean. And very comfortable. The location is great --walkable not only to the many restaurants in the area, but even to the castle.

We spent 8 days at Cynthia's house in June with our 4-year-old daughter. Calasetta is simply wonderful!Narrow streets, lots of old buildings, few tourists. The apartment is a perfect base for exploring this small island. Everything is at hand Is the house old, or does it have old furniture?Yes. Can an ant, a spider or a cat enter the terrace? Yes, but that's normal!We wanted to feel the atmosphere of Sardinia and I think we fully succeeded here. The apartment has no wifi and the coverage is poor. Thanks to this, we were able to take a break from these technologies. The home is equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable beds. Parking in front of the windows. The bathroom is renovated and matches the style of the rest of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The house is practically on the first shoreline. In the port, every evening we enjoyed wonderful sunsets and in the morning we admired the sunrises from the terrace of the house. Cynthia is very kind and responds quickly to questions. We are very happy with our stay in Federica's apartment. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, and represents the strong point along with the care, cleanliness and style of the apartment. The photos and description are true to how the apartment and the area around show up. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, which has been very important to us. Communication with Federica went very well both during check-in and check-out. It is not possible to reach the apartment unless you have a car; in fact it is located in a very quiet area, but in any case not far from the sea. For us who were looking for calm and relaxing, it was the perfect place! Definitely recommended! Thank you.

Small, very nicely furnished apartment in a large holiday complex where nothing is missing. Fantastic view in the first row from the balcony, in April it is still quite fresh there, in summer certainly perfect due to the north location. The area invites for extensive hikes.

Perfect stay! Chiara and Livio were impeccable hosts: very kind, always available and with very quick responses. The house is really nice, very comfortable and, to my great surprise, much bigger and more spacious than it looked in the photos (it's usually the opposite!). Very clean, cared for in every detail and complete with everything you need to feel right at home. An excellent experience in every aspect. Highly recommended!

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

Wake up to a water view in a comfy, family home. This house has everything you need - kitchen is well equipped, couches were comfy, proximity to the water was excellent and the hosts were kind and responsive.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook for yourself. Had problems with the WiFi, but Patrizia reacted quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Anna's apartment is very nice and comfortable; furnished with excellent taste and served with everything you need. Anna was really courteous, kind and very helpful. We had a great time in your apartment. We will definitely return and I absolutely recommend it! Great experience.

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

Really nice place. We loved the view, the terrace, the jacuzzi and the grill. The furnitures and every little detail in the house completed our stay, so nice and beautiful. Noemi was so helpful and kind. Parking is no problem. We were a little surprised that the neighbours were so close, but it was not a problem at all. A quiet area and we almost didn't see or hear them. We will for sure be back. We traveled a family at four with 2 young adults, for 14 days. Really nice stay in a beautiful and clean house, love it.
