We have arrived very late but were wormly welcome with everything ready for us. Bowl of fresh fruits was nice surprise after long journey. House is perfect as a base to get to the sorrounding beaches and towns to explore beautiful area. We spent one week in the house. Definitely we would like to recommend Andrea and his house for others. House deserve for 100% guest occupancy. Value for price is perfect. There is one problem. We have had to be back to rainy England and workplaces 😏. Definitely would like to come back in the future. Thank you to Andrea and his family. Mariusz, Beata and children. 👌🙌🙌

Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Comfortable mattresses. Plenty of clean linens. For those who prefer to eat at home, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Pleasant outdoor space, with table and chairs for eating, a lounger, and other chairs. There's a supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby. The magnificent beaches of Chia can only be reached by car in a few minutes. Selly was always very helpful and very kind, satisfying our requests. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. The garden and terrace are very pleasant. The house is well-equipped, secure parking space, which is very convenient. The city center is only 20 minutes' walk away, and shops are even closer. I would recommend it in a second! Thanks for the welcome:)

The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and nice. We enjoyed the stay and were able to relax well. The path to the beach is short on foot. In September, the beach was little occupied, access to the water quite flat (child-friendly) and the hosts provided beach chairs and a parasol. We were able to eat, read, play and hang our laundry directly in front of the house entrance under a large tent roof (washing machine is available in the house) and also park our car, secured by a garden gate. Small, practical-functional kitchenette with gas stove, enough dishes, two showers/toilets plus outdoor shower, which is convenient for "desanding" after the beach. Quiet residential area in a townhouse settlement. The hosts have a cute little dog and a young cat, in the residential area live pfaue and parakeets. We felt very comfortable there and can highly recommend the accommodation.

With a lot of patience, Daniela waited for our late arrival, picked us up downstairs on the "main street" and accompanied us safely to the house, which was very helpful. Then there was a very warm welcome with small gifts, we felt very welcome. We really enjoyed the life in nature there and the wide view of the sea. We could watch sunsets every evening from the terrace or the upper balcony. The sea is sometimes still very rough in May with high waves, so we were respectful and bathed on calmer days. Yes, it takes a while to get to the next grocery store, so good planning is necessary. We found the unpaved road to the house to be unproblematic to drive with our car, but the car should not be lowered. Daniela answered questions promptly. We would love to book this accommodation again.

The place is comfortable, equipped with all the accessories, as if were your own beach house. Adjacent both the indoor and outdoor spaces to make the most of the holiday days, in relaxation. We also thank Mrs. Aurora for the tips and assistance given, and farmer Davide available with local products. Also valuable are the instructions of the activities/places sent by Marco just before check-in. Recommended

Friendly and precise host, very nice and cozy apartment, deliberately left with an almost original layout so as not to change the characteristics of the typical houses of the town too much. Perfect for walking to the beach or strolling through the village at night.

Manuela is a fantastic host, one of the best hosts I have had during my travels. The house is 10/10 in all aspects, she took care of the smallest details and was super clean at check in. The location is fantastic with a private beach ideal for those seeking privacy and relax. Highly recommended and worth returning to.

We spent two nights at Roberto's place and it was incredible. Clean, tidy, and very nice. Equipped with all the comforts and in a great location in the center of the city. I will definitely recommend it and would be happy to go back to it myself with my wife. Nothing was missing, in fact he also made us find a bottle of wine that we did not consume just because we were teething, but it is a gesture that we really appreciated.

We had a wonderful time in this house by the sea in Sardinia! The location is simply unbeatable - you could really walk to the beach in your bathing suit. A very good restaurant was also within walking distance, and we ate excellently there. The house was perfectly equipped – we didn't miss anything. There were toys for children, a cot, a child seat and even parasols for the beach. The garden was a real highlight for our child - plenty of space to play and romp. We were particularly pleased that there was super gluten-free pizza in Cagliari - ideal for people with intolerances. The proximity to many other beautiful beaches was also great – you can quickly get everywhere by car. Very pleasant accommodation that totally matches the description and photos. Maria is super responsive and advises you on nearby beaches and restaurants. It's perfect for a family with children. A little extra: screens on the windows of the bedrooms which is a real advantage. Chia is small but you have several cities 20/30 minutes from the house. Beautiful and tranquil destination in October.

This place is incredible

We had a very pleasant stay in this villa ideally located on the heights of the south-east coast of Sardinia. Surrounded by hills and quiet, it offers a perfect setting to relax. The large terrace, with its unobstructed view, and the outdoor kitchen were real assets to fully enjoy the beautiful days. The warm welcome from Élodie and Luca, a lovely young Franco-Italian couple, greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. Their availability and kindness made all the difference. A place we would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely and relaxing time in the house which was very well equipped. From detergent to iron, there was everything you need. The house is comfortably furnished, so the four of us felt very comfortable. Some mornings we spent on the sunny terrace with a beautiful view. A good pizzeria is a 2-minute walk away. Even to the most beautiful beaches with light blue water and powder sand, you can drive from there in just 40 minutes. Highly recommend!

We stayed in this beautiful house for 10 days,and it was a really pleasant experience. The interior spaces are attention to detail. The space outside is enchanting,cool and quiet surrounded by greenery,coming back in the evening after a day at sea was extremely pleasant. We are happy. 😊

Nadia's house is in an excellent location to reach the most beautiful beaches of Chia and also Teulada and Santa Margherita di Pula. The area is very quiet and lends itself to a seaside holiday and serenity. The house, although small in size, is perfect for 2-3 people, furnished with intelligence and taste in a marine style, it immediately makes you feel on vacation; equipped with everything you need and even more, new, clean and fresh. The magnificent patio offers the possibility to spend pleasant evenings outside. Finally, the availability of the owner and the precious and professional Sabrina complete the super positive experience of this stay in Chia. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

townhouse in a small, clean and very quiet secure subdivision. The apartment is very functional and clean, well-equipped and decorated (to our taste...). Donatella is very pleasant, available and efficient. Very good stay, close to a large supermarket and a large beach. Good base for visiting the south of Sardinia!

The accommodation is very quiet and very well located. It is spacious and functional, nothing missing. We quickly got our bearings. Beaches and places to visit are easy to access. From the accommodation, you can even see the sea, it's great! In conclusion, if you want to enjoy and especially discover the South-West of Sardinia in peace, I think that the MASAINAS area and especially Marco's accommodation will be an excellent choice and will meet all your expectations.
