Mario was the greatest hostess I’ve ever had with Airbnb. He was a major help to me and he was accommodating in so many ways. The house was beautiful and spotless. It was in a great location. Mario made my stay the absolute best! I absolutely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. It was a 10/10!!

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had a wonderful 9-day stay! The accommodation was very clean, modern and well equipped - we lacked nothing. The location is quiet and beautiful and communication with the host was friendly and straightforward at all times. We especially liked the loving details in the furnishings and the cozy atmosphere as well as the beautiful view of the sea. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

The house is very well maintained and the person who welcomed us was fantastic from the first contact, until the time of check-out. Availability, courtesy, cordiality. For those passing through Tuili (perhaps for a wedding in the nearby and prestigious location of Villa Asquer - 5 minutes' walk - or for a quiet weekend) I highly recommend staying here: the pool is very clean, really fantastic. And the whole place is well furnished, well cared for, clean and welcoming. In addition to being spacious (being two large floors). I only recommend greater timeliness in communications via AirBnb, or, alternatively, since the owner does not live on site, to leave a telephone number of an available contact person, to have greater speed in communications (often essential for the organization of times and movements in view of weddings, in fact, which are often held in the village). We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful house! Very comfortable and very well equipped. The terrace has become our living room! It's calm and life! WoW! Grocery store 5 minutes' drive away! 2 beaches that are 15 minutes' walk away. Otherwise, many other beaches are close by car! We would highly recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

Claudio couldnt have been more attentive and helpful during our stay. We had a very enjoyable stay in his house which was very quiet indeed.

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! The owners were very kind and helpful from the beginning to the end of our vacation. Highly recommended for those looking for a rejuvenating holiday. We look forward to coming back! We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)

The house is very modernly furnished. The devices are all modern and easy to use. The wifi was very good. All rooms have air conditioning, which is very good and quiet. There are plenty of shower and hand towels. The bathrooms are very modern, the only thing missing is storage space in the lower bathroom. The location of the house is very good. The very nice beach and many good restaurants can be easily reached on foot. Free parking is available right outside the door. Communication with Andrea always worked very well. There could be more plates and pots, then you wouldn't have to turn on the dishwasher so often. There are plenty of glasses, cups and cutlery. The laundry rack is too small and there are definitely no cushions for the wooden loungers on the upper terrace. These are things that can certainly be changed. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house.

We had a pleasant stay at Augusto's place. We were warmly welcomed and he gave us lots of tips. He wanted to think along that we definitely took advantage of. Thank you so much Augusto for everything!

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

We had a wonderful start to the vacation in Raffaela's accommodation. Communication in advance went smoothly. We were warmly greeted with an incredibly delicious wine. The entire facility is well maintained and clean, the equipment extensive and in very good condition, so we could cook every evening. Raffaela thinks of everything, from the dish sponge to the conditioner, in principle we could have arrived without any equipment. Also for a beach visit, everything is on site (parasol, etc.) I have never experienced such a well-equipped accommodation, in which I immediately felt at home. At the property you have absolute peace and quiet and yet you are only a few minutes by car from the beach, and there are shopping facilities. Be sure to try the delicious figs in chia, which are also sold at fruit stalls.

We already had many questions before our arrival in Lucia's beautiful cottage, which Lucia patiently and always very quickly answered. Our expectations were completely exceeded. The house is even more beautiful and Lucia was always there for us. She helped us find the right providers for our boat trip, gave us tips for the area and was always available. She is a hostess with all her heart and you can really feel that she enjoys it. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a fruit plate, delicious cookies from the local bakery, and homemade liqueur. The house is well equipped. We cooked in the house, grilled outside and we especially enjoyed the complete privacy and tranquility. We lacked nothing and Lucia's house in Teulada was definitely our highlight on our Sardinia trip. We spent a week here and explored the southwest of Sardinia by car.

Great stay. Very friendly welcome, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped home. Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and green countryside. A perfect location for discovering Sulcis. We were very satisfied!

Spacious, cozy apartment in Calasetta with a well equipped kitchen with oil, pepper, salt and a great terrace (sunset and sea view, dining table, grill, sunbeds). The communication and checkin with Sandra and Daniela was very easy and they were extremely helpful. The apartment is located in a quiet street in Calasetta with parking right in front of the house, the beach and restaurants/bars are only a few minutes by feet away. Also they provided us a beach and a shower towel.

Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

The house is in excellent condition, very clean and well maintained. The host, although not physically present, was attentive and responsive. However, well-organized and available support staff are on site, guaranteeing continuous assistance. The house is independent, inserted in a condominium context with a private courtyard. The garden, completely fenced, makes the environment safe and protected, even for those with children. Outside, the covered veranda is comfortable and functional. For us, it was a fantastic stay, in a reliable and well-managed property.

We have a lovely 4 night stay at Wisteria House. The house, garden and location is exactly as described. Victoria and Vanessa were excellent at suggesting local events, beaches and amenities. We loved sitting in the garden in the evening with a glass of wine. Thank you for a lovely stay!
