Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

Villa La Caletta is a super nice accommodation, with spacious rooms and very good amenities. The extensive outdoor area invites you to sunbathe and gaze at the stars in several places. A barbecue area is also available. Alberto is a great host who is always available and responds to the wishes of his customers. Our conclusion we will come back

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

We felt very comfortable, the bed was super comfortable. is near the airport but was still quiet and we slept well. Accommodation is outside in a garden, you are on your own. On foot, you can reach the city, a pasticceria, a bar or a pizzeria in 20 minutes.

We have enjoyed our stay in Calaverde, near beautiful beaches. The house has all the details and amenities to make your stay excellent. He waited for us with dough, breakfast, wine, ice cream, etc. This shows that he cares a lot about his guests. He always responded immediately to any questions or requests we made. We were 2 couples and the fact that one of the bathrooms did not have a shower was not an inconvenience since the shower outside was perfect to bathe comfortably. The only drawback I could mention was that you can't get to the house by car and the access with suitcases on an uneven slab road was somewhat difficult, this is the neighborhood and not Ludovica. Thank you very much for everything!!

Everything from the private pool to the full useable kitchen was perfect. Home is clean and beautiful. Easy access to the gorgeous beach below (which you have a view of from the balcony) you do have steps to walk down. I’ve had knee surgery and didn’t have any issue (they aren’t steep Steps they are more narrow or short so a smaller stride is fine). ALICE!!! Shout out to Alice who helped in booking a wonderful private boat tour for us that picked us up on the local Beach! Alice was right there for us with answers to our questions. We had such a wonderful time in her home. Highly recommend and we will definitely return. Cincinnati, Ohio

The apartment was in good condition and extremely clean. Comfortable beds, a sufficiently organized kitchen, a clean bathroom. The house has an outdoor space where you can eat with a barbecue or stop even in the hottest moments of the day. Beach equipment is also available. A special quote to Marianna that due to a breakdown in the water network, so not dependent on her, promptly proposed a solution that prevented us from any inconvenience. Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

Fabio spot had such a spectacular view of the marina beech and hills in the distance. Everything was new and fresh and arranged with taste. We really enjoyed Porto Pino for the walks, beach and surrounding natural beauty. Fabio was so kind and friendly

wonderful place and sea view in the heart of Carloforte!

We had a very enjoyable stay! The accommodation was absolutely clean and lovingly prepared – even for our dog, bowls were ready. Separate towels and a baby bed were provided for our baby, which made our stay much easier. We also found it particularly attentive that towels and bed linen were freshly changed after a few days. The hosts were consistently friendly and helpful. The location is nice and quiet - perfect for relaxing. However, a car is definitely necessary to be mobile. Practical: There is a private parking space directly at the accommodation. A small minus point is the WLAN, which was a bit weak - otherwise everything was really great. We will be happy to come back!

Fulvia and Danilo welcomed us as if we were family. The apartment is small but complete with everything and with spaces designed to the millimeter just to be functional. The real gem of the house, however, is the outdoor space with a beautiful garden at our disposal. The area is tactical as it is logistically close to the main beaches of the south-east of Sardinia up to the most distant one of Costa Rei which with the new variant can be reached in about 40 minutes. Finally, the proximity to Cagliari is not to be underestimated, both for the myriad of services that a city offers in case of need, and to vary the vacation a little without "having to" (with many quotation marks) necessarily go to the beach.
