Willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung im Sauerland. Die Wohnung bietet mit einem separaten Schlafzimmer und einer ausziehbaren Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer Platz für zwei bis vier Gäste. Der offene Wohn- und Essbereich überzeugt mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre und viel Tageslicht, außerdem kann ein Pavillon im Garten mitbenutzt werden. Nur 6 Fahrminuten vom Sorpesee entfernt hat die Wohnung eine perfekte Lage für Erholungsuchende, Wanderfreunde und Wasserliebhaber. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!

Willkommen in unserer neu renovierten, 55 qm grossen Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Süd-Balkon, in der wir Ihnen ein " Heim fern von zuhause " bieten ! Die gut gedämmte Dachgeschosswohnung befindet sich in einer Sackgasse am Stadtrand von Arnsberg und ist auch im Sommer angenehm kühl. Sie hat mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad, WLAN und voll ausgestatteter Küche alle Annehmlichkeiten um Ihnen einen angenehmen Urlaub zu bieten. Der Zugang ist über den Balkon, ihr Auto hat einen eigenen Stellplatz.

WC. - 700m Fußweg zum See, 400m zum "Frische Markt", 200m zum "Haus des Gastes" mit Schwimmbad und Sauna. Es gibt ein Strandbad im Sorpesee und einen Fahrradverleih in der Nähe. Zahlreiche Gastronomie entlang am See. - Mindestbelegung 3 Nächte. - Leider gibt es keinen Abstellraum für Fahrräder, diese müssen am oder im Auto bleiben.

Ab und an könnten dir ein Trecker, ein Pferd oder Hühner begegnen. Hinter unserem Hof kannst du sofort los wandern. Ein gutes Wander- und Radfahrgebiet und der Sorpesee erwarten dich.

Frisch renoviert, Fertigstellung 2024. Seeblick und Privatweg zur Promenade (keine 5 Minuten Fußweg) Nah am See und doch schön ruhig gelegen. Das Haus wurde kernsaniert und komplett neu eingerichtet. Größe ca. 50 m2. Zimmer: Wohnzimmer und offene Küche, Schlafcouch, Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, Fernseher. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ( 160 x 200 cm) Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche Balkon: Mit Tisch, 4 Stühlen und 2 Liegen. Von außen nicht einsehbar.

Entspann Dich im historischen Dorfkern des malerischen Hellefelds. Das Bruchsteinhaus wurde 1840 als Mädchenschule des Ortes gebaut und wurde über die Zeit ebenfalls als Gendarmerie und Feuerwehrhaus genutzt. Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude wurde für Eure Entspannung grundlegend modernisiert.
