Great little feel-good house with cool furniture and wonderful views!

The most breathtaking view ! Perfect spot only 10 minute walk to the town of Dervio. Easy to get the Ferry and explore other spots along the lake. 10/10 recommend!

We spent 4 great days here with 6 people! The house is very nicely located, offers a wonderful view and is ideal for hiking trips or simply to unwind. The house is very large and spacious, each of us had a single room available, there are also many parking spaces and a bus stop is right next to the house. The large terrace with barbecue and deck chairs as well as the light-flooded dining/living room are the highlight of the house. The in-house, well-equipped fitness center, together with the sauna, is the icing on the cake! The kitchen is basically very well equipped, coffee machine including beans as well as microwave and toaster available. Vinegar/oil and many spices are also very helpful. Glasses, cutlery and crockery, as well as knives in all sizes are also there. Large refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher also great. The cleanliness was okay but not outstanding.

This is a wonderful apartment. There is a river in front of the terrace. You have everything you need - from a well equipped kitchen to a barbeque. We loved the location, it is very close to hiking trails. Sufers is quite small, but you have a little shop and a dairy farm. Thanks for this wonderful stay!

Thank you Ursula for this amazing stay in your chalet. An authentic and peaceful experience in the nature surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, flower fields, and the forest. The historical house is super clean, decorated with care and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Ursula even baked a bread and a Zopf for us, both delicious 😍 we could also order food from their farm, like cheese, eggs and meat. It was difficult to leave this quiet heaven. Thank you again Ursula & Ernst for the perfect stay in Safien.

This home is in an outstanding location overlooking the lake and Lugano. We were blown away by the view from every window. The location was very peaceful, and the home was extremely well-stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony or the covered deck every day (depending on how hot it was!). The home is located a quick drive to downtown Lugano, and a short drive to the top of Monte Bre (highly recommend!) and to Gandria (also highly recommend). We fell in love with Lugano and the surrounding area thanks in part to this house…we will definitely be back.

Lucky is incredible host so helpful, kind and sweet…. The place is like a fairytale, magical, little, cozy spot that you do not want to ever leave…. Breathtaking views, no matter what the weather like it’s still beautiful… cleanest pool, warm and cracking fire place next to the bed… just perfect spot….!!

Manfred’s place was incredible—if I could give it 10 stars, I would! The views are absolutely magical, and Manfred went above and beyond with local recommendations. We even shared a bottle of champagne with him while he shared some fascinating facts about wine and the region. And the shower? Hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. This stay was unforgettable!

My children and I were allowed to spend a great ski week in Simon and Elsbeth's apartment. Elsbeth responded immediately because of a little something and was very helpful and friendly and proactive. In addition to the really spacious and beautiful apartment, we also liked the sunny location and the ski resort of Savognin very much. We will be happy to come back to you if it turns out. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful and private. The highlight was the beautiful scenic views! There are many hikes close by with breathtaking sights. Andreas was very friendly and communicated very well during our stay.

Unique suite in the mountains. Place was clean and kitchen very usable. Winding drive up mountain roads but can access lakes and hikes within 40min-1hr drive. There is a suite above and the host lives next door. They are very kind and have cute cats that come to visit you.

It's a lovely place! It has all the amenities for family travel, it is thought out to the smallest detail, both for adults and children, thank you for everything, it is spectacular!!!!!!!!!

We stayed for the second time for a week in the apartment with Maximilian and like last time we loved it this time too. Maximilian is a very helpful and straightforward host who was always there to help us immediately if we had a question. We had a great time as a family in the cozy apartment and would be very happy to come back :)

Mario is an excellent host with easy and welcoming communication. Good instructions on restaurants and what to visit in Tirano, as well as important information about the Bernina Express line to go to St. Moritz. The apartment is next to the train station and the Bernina. Accommodation is strictly impeccable and functional. The kitchen was filled with delicious vegan products for us to use, which touched us. If I ever return to Tirano, I will undoubtedly stay in Mario's apartment and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Tirano or take the Bernina Express.

We felt at home with Sonja from the first reception. We lacked nothing in the apartment. It is fully equipped for physically disabled guests, including sewing kits and small board games. We felt a family atmosphere throughout the premises, with toys and equipment for children. Sonja was always obliging and helpful to us. A stay that we already count among our most beautiful holiday accommodations and can recommend without reservation.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

We had a great stay in Donath! Andrea and Peter we're very nice and helpful hosts. We liked the village in which the accomodation ist located a lots. With all the farms and animals and mountain Panorama its a great place to make vacation.

The stay was very pleasant, the host was very responsive and helpful. In the apartment, although small, there is everything you need. I really appreciated finding a stocked kitchen and all kinds of detergents in the bathroom, which is very useful for those who may have to travel light.

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!

The communication even in advance was very friendly and the arrival was therefore easy and relaxed. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The apartment is great and we immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. I have rarely experienced this before. We would love to come back and I can recommend this place 100%.

Beautiful little refugio away from it all, super peaceful! The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to cook meals at home, relax, and enjoy the beautiful garden and surroundings. Loved this remote respite!
