The farm is also perfect for group celebrations, such as birthdays, corporate events and bachelor parties or similar. The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.

Our 67 m² vacation home is quietly located in the Bavarian countryside and has its own garden. The lake with dog beach is only 200 m away, fishing with a license is possible. Ideal for holidays by the lake and holidays with dogs. In winter, it is ideally suited for winter holidays & ski holidays, winter sports resorts such as Sankt Englmar are about 100 km away. Thermal baths and an airfield are nearby.
