The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. In our small cozy apartment near the Rottach center, we warmly invite you to a relaxing time. There are a variety of restaurants & bars within walking distance. A supermarket, a drugstore, a gas station and a bakery are only about 300 meters away. Fresh sheets and towels are of course provided. Other amenities include a Nespresso machine, a small fridge (minibar), Bluetooth speakers and a cool welcome beer.

The apartment "Beim Ederl" is 93 square meters and is located in the attic. It has a beautiful small balcony overlooking the lake. The decor consists of a mixture of traditional and modern furniture. Please READ: The city of Tegernsee charges a tourist tax. €3 per day for an adult For a child from 6-15 years, €2 will be charged. Please note that these costs are in addition to the room price.

The pier of the cruise is opposite as well as a public parking lot, which, however, only allows half an hour of free parking and then is very expensive at €8 per hour. An alternative to this is the central parking lot Tegernsee.
