Waterfront holiday rentals in Tegernsee

We spent 11 days in the apartment and felt very comfortable overall. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. With six people, you have to get along well. The amenities are awesome. Those who want to cook at the apartment should miss almost nothing. Everything is available and so you can romp around wonderfully. The dining room, as well as the living room, are very cozy and it feels at home very quickly. We spent relaxing days and helped Sarah and her family with any issues right away. One small note: we felt the apartment was audible. But that would be our only point. Of course, this is not a fault of the landlords. It may just be interesting for people who are more sensitive. Definitely not worth a point deduction for us and it stays with a 5/5 :-)

We really enjoyed our stay here. . Just on the other side of the river from town, so you have privacy and quiet, but also very walkable into town. Many shops, restaurants, activities just a few minutes walk away. Melinda was responsive and gracious. Would highly recommend!

Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished, everything necessary was available. So it was a perfect overnight stay for me during a course at the art academy. The only thing I missed was the view outside, which was not possible due to the skylights. I was able to park my bike in front of the house.

We had a lovely vacation in Munich while staying at Fabian’s house. It is a lovely neighbourhood close to a river and within 15-20 mins walking distance of the old town. The neighbourhood is full of bakeries, cafes, bars and restaurants within 5-10 mins walking distance. Fabian was a great host. He was very quick in responding to our questions. In case we come back to Munich in the future, we will stay at Fabian’s apt, subject of course to availability.

The perfect location to get to the many sights we wanted to hit in Bavaria and Austria.

We didn't meet Daniela in person, but the check-in was easy and the communication was great! The apartment has a great location and the terrace is worth its weight in gold. We felt completely comfortable in the apartment and were able to relax wonderfully and enjoy our week at Lake Ammersee. Thank you for the hospitality 🤩 absolutely recommended 👍🏼

We are "repeat offenders" and have now been to this beautiful apartment on the Halblech for the third time. As always, everything was wonderful - the apartment is sooo beautiful and cozy and the location is simply unique. We have undertaken several bike tours, to the Ammergebirge, to the Wieskirche, to the lakes - all from the apartment. The beautiful natural perennial garden can be used and every day Mietzi, the neighbor cat, visited us for cuddling. Simply perfect! And on top of that, the apartment and the house belong to two very nice and warm people :-)

It was such a wonderful, beautiful, clean, modern, very comfortable and practical place to stay!! The owner was so helpful and friendly that we felt always supported whenever we needed. Their response was very quick and accurate, too. The location was perfect yet peaceful, and it was easy and walkable access to Stanberg lake, restaurants, Cafe , supermarkets, bio shop, bakery, train station, bus stop, etc. The owner also kindly put a package of pasta and pesto sauce in the kitchen for us to cook, a variety of tea bags and Nespresso coffee! Everything was just perfect and amazing!

Unfortunately, we were only there for one night. But it was so beautiful that we would have liked to stay another night. Beautiful apartments with plenty of space and very clean and modern! The pool is totally beautiful! Everything you need; seating in the garden, kitchen appliances, bath towels, etc. were available. The parking spaces on site are also very practical. Irina is very nice and helpful.

Cornelia was an excellent host. She met with us upon check in to explain all of the intricacies of the home, she was kind and so easy to work with. It was close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. We absolutely recommend her home and would stay here again!

The lovingly designed house is a special place with high emotional value and lots of nature. The accommodation offers everything to linger there relaxed. The pictures give the impression very well. The amenities are very good. We were able to supply ourselves well with 4 adults. For two people, the sleeping comfort is excellent, for the other people it is necessary to pay attention to certain concessions (sofa bed, mattress on gallery). Communication with Valentina was straightforward, accommodating, and responsive. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and would love to come back. Thank you, Valentina!

We spent 4 beautiful days in the Allgäu and in the Hirsch Chalet of Sebastian. The house is located on the edge of a quiet holiday home estate, a few minutes' walk from Lake Lechstausee. It is lovingly furnished, very clean and fully corresponds to the description and photos. Sebastian is a very friendly and accommodating host. We have already received all the important information for check-in as well as helpful information on current events. He was always available to us and communicated proactively. We can definitely recommend a stay at the Hirsch Chalet.

We had a great stay at Marina & Max! The apartment is very clean and well equipped. In the kitchen, everything you need in kitchen utensils is available (including a small coffee machine). There was a dishwasher & an oven (which is not a given). The bathroom is spacious with a large shower. There was also a washing machine. In the living room there was a large tv. The area is very quiet, but still very easy to reach by car. The hosts are very kind and very responsive to messages. We felt very comfortable there!

We were at Josef and Christine's for an extended weekend and would have liked to stay longer. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and has very comfortable beds. Unfortunately, we had no time to enjoy the beautiful garden around the house. Christine and Josef are great hosts and can be reached at any time if you have any questions. We can recommend the accommodation and would book again at any time.

This is a beautiful apartment in Freising. Exactly as the pictures show and in an ideal location. Everything was set up perfectly for our stay and I’d highly recommend this listing.

I booked Lana's house to go and see the LDC final, I still wanted a place to get away from it all, knowing that Munich would already be very lively. A real little corner of happiness in Germany! The bed was incredibly comfortable which was a big plus for this trip. The place is beautiful, with a soothing view and a totally exotic setting of the big cities, perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean, and I'm a cleanliness freak! Well decorated and modern and the general atmosphere made you want to extend the stay. The place is very quiet. A huge thank you for this timeless interlude. I'll be back for sure! See you soon :)

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, kitchen utensils had everything you need. Village shop and village cafe can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

We enjoyed our 3 days in this beautiful attic apartment! The apartment is very easy to reach, but still quiet and close to nature. It is large and bright, modern and functional and sparkling clean! Excellent stay at Franziska's! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located less than a mile from the train station, providing easy access to Munich and day trip destinations. Gauting offers wonderful restaurants and cafes to explore as well as a beautiful walking trail that runs along the river. Franziska was exceptionally responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend - thank you for a memorable Bavarian experience!
