Unser Guesthouse liegt absolut ruhig u uneinsehbar am Dorfrand von Törwang mit uneingeschränktem Blick auf die Hochries und ins Inntal. Im Sommer 2020 wurden 2 Niedrig-Energie-Holzhäuser aus heimischen Hölzern komplett schadstofffrei erbaut. Ein Ort des Loslassen, des Durchatmens. Mit eignem Garten u Süd-West-Terrasse. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum mit Schreinerküche, Esstisch und Schlafsofa mit Federkern-Matratze (200 x 160 cm) und einem Schlafzimmer & Bad mit Dusche.

Herzlich Wilkommen im schönen Oberbayern! Unser neugebautes, modern eingerichtetes Vollholzhaus befindet sich in ruhiger, sonniger Lage in Bad Kohlgrub. Die Hörnle-Schwebebahn kann zufuß in 2 Minuten erreicht werden. Die große Terasse sowie ein eigener Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Im Ort selbst gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie Cafés. Innsbruck, München und Augsburg sind in ca. einer Stunde erreichbar. Wir würden uns freuen Sie als Gäste bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!

Unser Haus ist besonders für Familien mit Kleinkindern geeignet, da wir hier auch mit Kleinkindern wohnen und daher alles vorhanden ist, was eine Familie im Urlaub braucht. Unser Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz für mehrere Erwachsene und Kinder. Aber auch ohne Kinder ist unser Haus perfekt geeignet für einen aktiven und/oder erholsamen Urlaub. Direkt von der Haustür kann man in die Berge zum wandern, zum radln, an den See zum baden oder zum einkaufen.

Entdecke das charmante Häuschen in Seenähe direkt am Alpbach in Tegernsee. Das gemütliche 52 qm große Refugium auf zwei Etagen bietet dir eine Auszeit in ruhiger und gleichzeitig zentraler Lage. Du läufst nur 7 Min. zum Bahnhof und 3 Min. zum Badeplatz. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, die Seesauna Monte Mare und das Bräustüberl sind fußläufig erreichbar. Entspanne nach einem Tag am See oder in den Bergen in der behaglichen Ferienwohnung - dein Hund ist uns auch willkommen!

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Relax with the whole family in our cozy place. The kitchen offers everything your heart desires and the tiled stove exudes a cozy warmth. On the other hand, the adventure starts right at your doorstep, whether on foot or by bike into the mountains or by sup or rowing boat over the passing Schlierach into Lake Schliersee. Or "just" the coffee on the terrace?! ;) In addition, the property is only a few minutes walking distance from the relevant locations.

S´kloane Wellnesshäusl is a place to unwind in this spacious and serene space with a summer pool, wooden bathtub and garden sauna to relax. The private vacation home was renovated with a lot of love in 2023. The Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and several swimming lakes and bike tours on the Inn offer great excursion and recreational opportunities. No pets allowed.
