Great location for a family weekend that included Colchester Zoo only 5 mins away.

Absolutely beautiful, location is peaceful and picturesque. The property is well equipped, comfortable and just stunning. Will definitely be coming back here again!!

Katharine has a lovely house & garden in the centre of charming Woodbridge. Its very stylishly furnished, with an immaculate bathroom & has all the essential mod cons. The only drawback to its central location is the on-street parking, which can be quite competitive! However, the Theatre Street pay car park is only just round the corner.

Beautiful cottage with everything you could possibly want and more. Little extras such as the personal welcome board, scones and jam, milk , tea bags and biscuits. Spotlessly clean, nice decor, comfy beds and lovely garden to sit in. Can thoroughly recommend.

Really great stay here. Couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. They have thought of everything. Particularly for my son: knives etc. put out of reach, toiletries provided including baby safe products, booster chair provided as well as toys, books and access to the garden to play in. Really personable and made sure we had everything we needed but also flexible and left us to it for the rest of the weekend. Exactly what we needed.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

Had a great stay at The Old Bakery. Everything was as described and Monica sent really helpful information with directions to the house, check-in details, parking etc. Very well equipped kitchen and the milk and biscuits on arrival were very welcome. The patio garden was lovely and very peaceful (apart from the seagulls!!!). We particularly enjoyed sitting outside chatting there. Great location just off the High Street and 5 minute walk to the sea front. Would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The flat is really close to the beach and looks even better in reality than the pictures. And Barbara is a fabulous host- very responsive, and she was really helpful about a couple of matters.

The apartment is lovely - the beds are comfortable, it feels spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. It’s in a great location and has a beautiful view of the Estuary which really made the stay special. Trevor was very helpful, the welcome information gave us everything we needed to know and there was a kind touch of leaving biscuits and milk for us when we arrived, along with there being coffee and tea, etc available. A super Airbnb, would highly recommend and I’m sure we’ll be back. Many thanks Trevor!

Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.

Lovely self contained room with its own shower room/toilet. Teresa met us when we arrived and ran through everything we needed to know. There was everything we needed for the night and Teresa was helpful with the breakfast and drinks she supplied as we were leaving early. The room was in the perfect place for us, 2 minutes from our event the next day and 20 minutes drive to Felixtowe beach (where we went for a few hours) Would happily have stayed more nights and wouldn't hesitate to rebook if we were heading down that way again.

This was our third time staying at Heidi's place - we love it! And the little touches that Heidi leaves make it even more special - after a long drive, getting in with our dog, to find a bowl of water already out waiting for him makes a huge difference! Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

The Annex was a wonderful place to stay, set within beautiful grounds. Clean and comfortable, the unique property provided a tranquil base from which to explore the stunning landscape. The owners, Malahat and Roger,were helpful and friendly but never invasive. The garden and extensive grounds were amazing. I sat and watched deer, foxes, woodpeckers, red kites, buzzards, and listened to owls, cuckoos, blackcaps and white throats. I left feeling refreshed and somewhat restored.

Justin & Jenni are truly wonderful hosts, and their Frinton Escapes home was just as special. There was a mix-up on the original booking (on both Airbnb and my side), and Justin was incredibly accommodating—he kindly allowed us to move the stay to a different weekend, which was so helpful and appreciated. The location is perfect: just minutes from the town (but tucked away enough that you're not disturbed by any noise or crowds) and also only a short stroll to the sea, making it easy to come and go as you please. The home itself feels—and I imagine is—brand new, finished to such a high standard. It’s the little touches that really made us smile: tea, coffee, and biscuits waiting for us on arrival, all presented with care. Communication with Justin and Jenni was spot-on throughout. We’ll definitely be booking again—you’re in very safe hands with this stay!

We had a fab few days . The flat is lovely...has everything you need, lovely decor, very comfy sofa and bed. Good places to eat within a few steps and easy to get to the pier and other spots. Bifold doors open onto the balcony which is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Road is busy but once doors shut the flat is quiet...especially the bedroom. Slept very well on the comfy bed. Would recommend highly.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in beautiful surroundings. Very clean and comfortable with added personal touches. The gin was delicious and we really enjoyed the bits provided for breakfast. Excellent communication from Sam and all questions answered within minutes. This is a place that is prepared for with extra care and has everything you need for a relaxing break.

Great place in prime location on the seafront . Place was bigger than expected and had everything you could need and more for a week’s stay . Really clean and tidy . Plenty of treats left for us and the dogs . Overall really happy with apartment and location . Will definitely stay again .

A complete gem of an Airbnb and a delightful, helpful host in Fiona. The Annex is so spacious and comfortable. Fun days out exploring beautiful medieval local sites then back for drinks on the patio and a tasty supper from the amazing farm shop nearby. Our dog loved it too whizzing through the orchard fetching balls. We didn’t want to leave. Just fantastic.

A great weekend away. The flat was exactly as described and had everything we could possibly need - including lots of little extras. Having air-con in both the living area and bedroom was perfect. Communication was excellent.

It's a really beautiful flat. Everything is elegant and stylish as well as comfortable. Very clean and decorated to a very high standard. The only thing I missed was some hangers and a full size ironing board and iron - I wear dresses and like to be able to hang them up. A large chest of drawers is provided but not really suitable for dresses. Lovely little outdoor suntrap with table and chairs. Great shower too!
