Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tennessee River

This cabin is a special place. Cozy , clean, and comfortable, a beautiful and private setting by the lake, and very convenient to restaurants and downtown Cookeville. The hosts, Anna and Kate, were very responsive. This is someplace I look forward to staying again. And again.

Great experience and hosts! The space was exactly as described and as pictured. We felt at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When our plans changed unexpectedly the hosts gave us recommendations for area attractions and activities. The location was easy to find, very private, and perfect for our travel needs. Would highly recommend this location!

This was a nice relaxing stay after being on the road most of the day coming home from a beach vacation. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but we enjoyed the beauty of the wooded and water surroundings and the quiet and calmness of our space. Thanks for a nice stay 😊

"The Spot" was perfect for our stay. The surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful. Upon arrival, my daughter spotted a deer nestled down in the wooded area just a few feet from the driveway. If you love nature, like I do, then you would definitely enjoy this location. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked very well. The host...Khaled & Doreen, are awesome. They were very accommodating for our needs, and always quick to respond anytime I had a question. If you're looking for a nice "spot", this is it, in my opinion.

All the basic and simple amenities that you need. Central air is much appreciated! Located close to BNA and a good push-off point to go to any area of Nashville. Although clean and well-appointed, you could tell the property isn’t given certain attention in-between guests. Over-all great stay!

Wow. This place is amazing. One of my favorites from AirBnBs in lots of countries. The views, the location, the attention to detail, the pool, the hot tub, etc. We spent a week here with our three kids and fell right at home. Everything worked and we felt welcome. I especially loved how each time we looked across the ridge down over Chattanooga it always was a bit different. Adam was exceptional. He bent over backwards to accommodate us, and he was ultra responsive.

If I could give this stay 20 stars I would! What a phenomenal experience. Michael & Hilda’s home is absolutely stunning. Their family and friends we met while being there were so welcoming and friendly. The love they all have for making sure their guest are happy, goes unnoticed. They made us feel like their place was ours. I can’t wait to come back or to another one of their beautiful properties! Thank you just isn’t enough.

A very peaceful place to stay! Very close to things I enjoy doing - hiking, learning about the area. The guest house was very clean and I felt at home with the comfortable furniture and bed. The four-leggeds, Ginger and Belle, came to visit every day which was treat for me. I highly recommend this guest house and Tammy and Jo as hosts.

Absolute top knotch host, and stay. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The stocked kitchen is a huge bonus. The morning muffins were a big hit, especially for my kiddos. The host honestly thought of everything, and went above & beyond with SO many amazing extras!! You can definitely tell LOTS of love has been put into this home away from home. Donna’s place was just as pictured and was peaceful and serene. There were many special touches and supplies for our dogs. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

It was so cute and comfy we definitely will be back . They have everything you need . Very friendly and respectful and responsive. If ur looking for a quiet comfy place this is it . It very clean

Wonderful place that was very close to Broadway! The apartment was right by the elevators so very convenient, but not noisy at all. Parking was super close to the lobby doors as well. Everything was super clean and she had just about everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathroom in case you needed anything. Lindsey was very nice and made sure to even reach out to let us know that the cleaners finished early if we wanted to check in early. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back down!

The place was excellent. Very quiet and relaxing

This was our 2nd time staying at this house. We did have a few things come up during our stay but Christian was great. He was very responsive, friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was great. I would stay here again.

LaTanga was great, very responsive and friendly. Place was very clean and representative of the pictures. Just a beautiful place and location. Lots do go - there is golf, the lake (boat or swim) a restaurant, two pools and tennis/pickle ball. If you are traveling far - bring golf clubs, they do not rent!

I've stayed in Airbnb and other properties around the world. This property is most definitely at the top of the list. Kimberly was a wonderful host and communicated clearly and promptly. Her house is nestled in a beautiful gated community with lots of wildlife and great scenery. The house was stylishly furnished and had every amenity that one could possibly want. There was a wonderful coffee bar area, plenty of cookware and table settings. The living room has a beautiful deck where we saw deer most every day. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable and bathrooms clean and sanitary. There was nothing that we need that wasn't already there. I would recommend this property highly to anyone wanting to stay in the area. The property was just as described and then some.

Shane’s place was beautiful! We have a large family and booked three places and it was absolutely perfect for our family! The kids scootered around the driveway, people easily went back and forth between the homes, the dogs had a blast running around and we enjoyed walking the beautiful property along the creek! We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our family reunion, and we will definitely be back!

We will definitely be back! The Villa was beautiful & the balcony view’s stunning to say the least. Added perk was i comfort mattresses in bedrooms down stairs, just like ours at home.Cassandra was a great communicator & a joy to meet. We enjoyed our stay & our dog was allowed to stay with us was icing on the cake.Highly recommend it to anyone needing a break from reality. 5stars!!!

My family enjoyed a long, relaxing weekend at Craig's Encore at the end of Lake Nantahala. We have stayed in many places, and this home was truly exceptional with every detail considered. We enjoyed watching Lake Nantahala change throughout the day, paddled in the kayaks, swam, soaked in the hot tub, relaxed and had fun outings renting a boat one day and tubing down the Nantahala River the next. It was truly memorable, and the only drawback was the long drive in over gravel, but that's what makes it so peaceful and remote. The lake was never busy and such a big change from so many crowded and touristed spots. We hope we made a good impression and will be welcomed back. This is truly a loved and cherished family home, and we appreciate Craig sharing it with us.

Beautiful space and of course the view is so amazing! The beds were super comfortable as well which we always appreciate :) Troy was very responsive as well.
