Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Tennessee River

Second time staying here and it was once again fantastic!

This is our second trip here and for good reason. There’s something special about this simple cozy cottage. It’s so clean has a modern rustic touch, and is peaceful to boot. The animals out back provide the perfect ambiance to this quiet tucked away cottage. Wed give this place 10 stars if we could - such a special place. Hope to come back again.

OOOOO, AND AHHHH! Comfortable luxury inside and out! Thoughtfully designed, and beautifully decorated inside and out, Whitetail Ridge is a couple's paradise on a private hill. Hosts go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome and safe. Everything was as described and pictured, and more. Favorites? The spectacular bathroom. Made me feel like a princess! Both covered decks. It rained a lot during our stay, and we could still be outside by the fire table watching the hummingbirds go nuts. Sitting around the fireplace after relaxing in the hot tub. Location is great too. Close to town for groceries, and close to state parks for hiking to waterfalls, which is why I chose this area. Not just a place to stay, it was an experience. Loved our stay! This is a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy. Richard provided a detailed list of local sites to see and restaurants. We highly recommend staying here and visiting Tellico Plains.

Great experience and hosts! The space was exactly as described and as pictured. We felt at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When our plans changed unexpectedly the hosts gave us recommendations for area attractions and activities. The location was easy to find, very private, and perfect for our travel needs. Would highly recommend this location!

This was a nice relaxing stay after being on the road most of the day coming home from a beach vacation. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but we enjoyed the beauty of the wooded and water surroundings and the quiet and calmness of our space. Thanks for a nice stay 😊

Great stay as we travelled through the area. The trail to the rental requires some confidence on uneven terrain. A couple of steps are very high. Once in the rental, it was comfortable and clean. Weather did not cooperate and we missed the view during our stay.

Wow. This place is amazing. One of my favorites from AirBnBs in lots of countries. The views, the location, the attention to detail, the pool, the hot tub, etc. We spent a week here with our three kids and fell right at home. Everything worked and we felt welcome. I especially loved how each time we looked across the ridge down over Chattanooga it always was a bit different. Adam was exceptional. He bent over backwards to accommodate us, and he was ultra responsive.

The condo was exactly as listed. We had a great stay. The condo is clean and comfortable. The views are beautiful! Kitchen stocked with all the basics. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and you can be downtown and most attractions in 20 minutes. The mattress may need a rotate & flip there is a dip in the middle.

Beverly was very pleasant and friendly and greeted us when we arrived. The accommodations were beautiful. The room is clean and tidy. She supplied a lot of items in the kitchen and bathroom. It's a perfect get away for a couple interested in lying back and enjoying nature. The area was very private and quite. Restaurants are a short drive away. Upon leaving, we spoke with Beverly again and she thanked us for coming and invited us to come again. We will definitely book it again just to get away for a few days to relax. If I could give this stay 20 stars I would! What a phenomenal experience. Michael & Hilda’s home is absolutely stunning. Their family and friends we met while being there were so welcoming and friendly. The love they all have for making sure their guest are happy, goes unnoticed. They made us feel like their place was ours. I can’t wait to come back or to another one of their beautiful properties! Thank you just isn’t enough.

Laurie and Daniel They are the best of best and their kind and helpful and make everything wonderful for us. We already have booked another two trip in the future with them next year. We will continue to come there and stay at their place in search of that trophy bass.

Paula's place was exactly as described, absolutely beautiful, clean, and has all the little extras. Extremely responsive and very helpful, we go down once a year and will absolutely look to stay here again!

The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

I would highly recommend Rachel’s place. It is situated in a lovely location, not far from downtown Nashville and had great amenities close by. The place had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Would stay again!

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

What a beautiful and peaceful place to immerse oneself in natural surroundings. This place was just as picture perfect as the pictures plus so much more!!! Falling asleep to the rising of the moon to waking up in the clouds the next morning when the sun broke through. Yes, we saw fireflies! and colorful birds nesting amongst the trees. It was like living in a tree house being there. Easy and close access to town. You can spend your time in town exploring or less than an hour away visit an award winning winery. Then home to watch the evening sky settle in for the night. We feel asleep at night to rain dancing on the rooftop. Just a lovely place all the way around. Thanks you for sharing your home with us! We loved our stay! The cabin was beautiful and we couldn’t get over the view. We also loved getting visited by the adorable little goats! Travis was a great host, and we’d definitely love to stay again.

I booked this as a suprise birthday trip for my husband and it SURELY didn't disappoint! Such a perfect little place! Angel was such a good host that we never even needed to message her! There were snacks on the counter when we got there. All the info I needed was messaged to me before checkin. Alexa commands on the TV. House rules and multiple things you can buy via QR code. The power went out due to a storm on our second day there, but it just added to the fun of the stay! A power outage wasn't a problem because there were candles, lighters, and multiple games to play. It was back on within a few hours. The lights and every other little detail really made this place perfect. Can't recommend enough!

Spotless interior and comfortable bed. Full of charm and smells like wood inside the cabin. A little close to the road so the loud trucks are noticable.

Great view from the back deck, the cabin had all we needed. Peaceful, quiet neighborhood with lots to do in blue ridge. Would definitely stay again.

We had the best time at this adorable creekside cabin! From the moment we arrived, check-in was a breeze and the host was super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The cabin was spotless and had so many thoughtful touches — even mini shampoo and conditioner! We loved the hot tub, canoeing on the pond, and spending lazy mornings on the porch swing bed listening to the creek. Our dogs, Basil and Sage, had an absolute blast swimming and exploring the property. The gated porch was perfect for keeping them safe while still enjoying the outdoors. We also grilled burgers, hung out under the string lights, and soaked up the peaceful vibe. Just a perfect little escape — we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Such a perfect getaway with lots of fun things to do outdoors while staying there!

If you're on the fence, definitely book this stunning home! This house was the most immaculate house my family has ever stayed in ( and we've stayed in many :) ) Marissa was a great host.
