Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Termini Imerese

Our stay at Antonio’s place in Campofelice di Roccella was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and care. Antonio is a fantastic young host who clearly loves what he does, and it shows in every detail. He truly wants his guests to feel comfortable and at home. Although breakfast wasn’t officially included, Antonio kindly provided it — along with the best espresso we had during our entire stay in Sicily. And he offered it generously throughout our visit. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. He was also very flexible with our check-out, which allowed us to enjoy an extra beach day. The secured parking on site was another great bonus, especially important when traveling by car in Sicily. The location is excellent: just 20 minutes from Cefalù and about an hour from Palermo, making it a perfect base for exploring the northern coast. Nuccia est adorable, elle est à l’écoute et très attentive, avec toujours de petites attention. Malgré ma confusion lors de la réservation nuccia a été adorable!! Je recommande! Pour info la voiture est conseillé

Un appart agréable, situé à proximité du centre historique. Propre et confortable. Petite surprise, l’appart est dans une résidence avec d’autre Airbnb, la terrasse de toit et le salon rouge sont communs à l’ensemble des résidents, mais tout est bien organisé et ce n’est pas gênant au final. Un salon privé avec cuisine (plus sombre) est réservé a l’appartement. La terrasse de toit et sa cuisine sont très agréable et nous les avons appréciés pour faire des pauses loin de l’agitation de la ville. Vincenzo est réactif aux messages, nous l’avons juste croisé mais il fut agréable. Le quartier est agréable, bon loin des points touristiques, tout en étant dans un Palerme authentique. Je recommande.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Salvatore! Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sie lag nur etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt – perfekt gelegen und trotzdem ruhig, obwohl sich eine Hauptstraße in der Nähe befindet. Wir haben uns dort jederzeit sicher und wohl gefühlt. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Daniela, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Sie hatte sogar den Kühlschrank mit ein paar grundlegenden Lebensmitteln für uns gefüllt – eine wirklich schöne Geste, die unseren Start noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch der frühe Check-in und der spätere Check-out waren problemlos möglich – sehr entgegenkommend und entspannt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Skøn bolig med den smukkeste udsigt til vand, stand og bjerge. Meget dejlig lejlighed som var fuldstændig som beskrevet. Vores vært var meget behjælpsom og altid hurtig responderende. Stor anbefaling herfra.

Nous avons passé plus d'un mois merveilleux a la maison des vingt fruits , et nous ne pourrions pas être plus satisfaits de notre expérience ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement, et nous avons immédiatement eu l'impression d'être chez nous. La maison est spacieuse et parfaitement adaptée aux familles. Nos enfants ont adoré jouer dans la piscine, qui était un véritable havre de paix, surtout pendant les journées ensoleillées. Les jardins environnants sont magnifiques et offrent une vue à couper le souffle sur la campagne sicilienne. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité des plages et des charmants villages siciliens, ce qui nous a permis de découvrir la culture locale et de savourer la délicieuse cuisine. Sophie et Alberto ont été des hôtes exceptionnels, toujours disponibles pour nous donner des conseils sur les endroits à visiter et les restaurants à essayer. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Esperienza meravigliosa e padroni di casa splendidi. La villa è situata in una posizione tranquilla, facilmente raggiungibile soprattutto grazie alle indicazioni dei proprietari. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di ricevere amici e parenti in un ambiente curato, piacevole e dotato di ogni tipo di confort. La villa merita rispetto e cura da parte degli ospiti, ma questo è facile capirlo già dal primo momento di soggiorno perché si percepisce subito quanti sforzi i proprietari mettono nel tererla in ordine ed in perfette condizioni. Abbiamo approfittato tantissimo della piscina che ha dato quel qualcosa in più alla nostra vacanza. Il giardino ed il porticato sono ampi e godibili. Grazie Ilenia e grazie Elio. Torneremo!

Host was ontzettend gastvrij. Zelfgemaakte cake stond voor ons klaar. Prachtig uitzicht en het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben er ontzettend genoten.

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Thanks for everything Salvatore, for sur well come back to your villa.

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Appartement très bien situé à quelques minutes en voiture du centre d'Alcamo ou de Castellammare, des supermarchés et surtout de la plage (moins de 5 min à pied). L'appartement est propre et bien équipé, il y a ce qu'il faut pour être autonome et dispose également d'un emplacement de parking dans la résidence. L'atout principal de cet appartement est sa grande terrasse avec sa vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil derrière les montagnes qui longe la côte 🌄 Je reviendrai, merci Mario !

Très bel appartement, rénové, entretenu avec soin et joliment décoré. Le plus : une grande terrasse, protégée des vis à vis. Deux salles de bains. Emplacement de l'appartement à quelques minutes à pied des sites d'interêt. Simona et Maria sont réactives et répondent très rapidement aux messages et sollicitations

Freddy is a great host. Super response and flexible. He gave us clear instructions to check in. Both flats are connecting and the terraces are great to chill have a breakfast and a coffee. For sure we’ll come back for a next trip to Palermo. Highly recommended.

Dette hus er endnu bedre end på billederne. Der er tre fine værelser, et godt badeværelse, et stort køkken/spiseplads og en rigtig dejlig terrasse/have. Huset har alt hvad du har brug for og er virkelig hyggeligt med mange flotte ting. Der var rent og pænt da jeg kom. Stranden ligger tæt på huset og vandet er klart og dejligt. Men det aller vigtigste er familien. Jeg har sjældent mødt så hjertelige, imødekommende og hjælpsomme mennesker. De var til rådighed for mig når som helst og kom med gode anbefalinger til diverse oplevelser og restauranter. De gjorde alt for, at jeg skulle have et godt ophold i Aspra. Jeg vil helt klart anbefale, at tage imod nogle af de oplevelser/anbefalinger de giver under vejs, så vil du uden tvivl få en helt unik ophold. Jeg er meget glad og taknemmelig for, at jeg landede lige præcis her i Aspra og lige præcis her i Vittorios Beach House. Stor tak til Paolo, Mariella og Vittorio. - Godt til solorejsende.

We were a group of 25 year olds looking for a relaxing holiday and we definitely found it here ! The location is next to none if you are looking for a chilled vacation, apartment is on the beach so was lovely for morning swims (probably the nicest beach in the area) and the pool was a lovely option also. Apartment has all amenities needed. Worth mentioning we didn’t have a car so getting around the island wasn’t on our agenda, there are numerous good restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The town felt like a hidden gem and very untouristy! Would love to visit again some day :)
