Kid-friendly holiday rentals in The Gulch, Nashville

Beautiful above the garage apartment in lovely east Nashville! We traveled with 4 people-2 adults and 2 kids. The kids slept great on the pull out futon. Bathroom had all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included) and large shower. Decorated beautifully. My boyfriend loved the water filter in the kitchen. Location was quaint and peaceful. Ample parking behind the apt for one vehicle. Thanks for having us! Would stay again in the future.

We were there for a quick weekend in Nashville and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and the decorations were cute. The unit was more spacious than expected which was a plus. The unit faces the back of the building and it was on a relatively quiet street, and street parking was available for additional cars. Broadway is about a 30 min walk or a 7 minute uber (we ubered since they were relatively cheap; average $12). It was also close to The Gulch which was awesome. The host was responsive when we had a question about parking and even let us check in a little early! I would recommend this place and likely book again!

Kevin's place was perfect! The location is close to lots of great places in East Nashville, the area is a peaceful quiet neighborhood and the home has everything I needed including a great yard for my pups:)

This was a great place to stay for my best friend’s Bachelorette trip! The host was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. I saw a few comments about the location being sketchy so I was a bit worried but honestly I felt safe and so did the others girls! We had no problems with the location at all. I only rated 4 stars for cleanliness because a few of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, and the blinds were kinda broken in spots. It was very helpful having all of the dishes,utensils and utilities. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great little place for the time we spent in Nashville. Easy drive into the city.

It was absolutely beautiful. We loved it and would stay again! Looked just like the photos. The bathtub is amazing! Simply an amazing stay!

This property was comfortable and complete. Kitchen was well equipped and the bed was one of the most pleasant I’ve slept in recently. The location was convenient with decent restaurants close by. No problem with parking. Seth was very responsive to questions, usually answering within minutes. I would definitely book again!

This place was perfect for a weekend stay. It was conveniently located to Broadway and other downtown attractions and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Kenneth literally thought of everything when stocking the extra amenities. He was a great host and I highly recommend this place for a nice comfortable and convenient Nashville getaway.

Jeffrey was an amazing host. He offered so many different local places to go which was so helpful. We went to many recommended places and they were all amazing and we could walk to every place! The place was very clean and the instructions were very clear. He also provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee pods which was very convenient to have. The stay was amazing!

My bf and I stayed here for CMA fest. The area was cute and quiet. The place was almost 2 miles from downtown so I wouldn't say it was an easy walk or one that anyone would want to do in cowboy boots but it was a short Uber ride and there were almost always scooters around if you're comfortable with those. I loved the coffee nook(some tea would be a great addition there) and the kitchen had everything we needed. My only complaints were that the shower/bathtub didn't drain efficiently. We weren't there for long enough to mention it but I'm sure it'll be fixed for the next person. And not having black out curtains in the bedroom made sleeping in difficult but the bed was very comfortable so that made up for it. We also loved how the house stayed cool and we were allowed to keep the AC on to keep it cool for when we came back to the room, definite plus! We would stay here again!

Bright & beautiful home. Great city views. A fantastic place to stay for anyone who enjoys the country music scene. Easy walk to hub of activities but far enough away to enjoy a break. Parking available for one car in a covered garage. Beds are comfy, linens clean, plenty of towels and fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to move around. Hosts were very responsive & easy to communicate with. We would come back & we would highly recommend to friends & family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Richard’s place! He was an awesome host - he welcomed us into his home and gave us plenty of tips and advice for our time in Nashville. The space itself was great. Very spacious and Richard had thought of all the amenities that might be needed. Great location, close to lots of shops and the bus route to downtown. Cheers Richard! 😊

We had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb! Our trip changed a bit last minute as we had to adjust our plans due to some cancellations, but the hosts were incredibly accommodating and communicated with us every step of the way. They made sure we were able to get in quickly, which we really appreciated. The place itself is spotless and beautifully decorated, you can tell a lot of thought went into making it both comfortable and stylish. The pool was definitely a highlight! Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville. Can't wait to return!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this place for my husband and I’s honeymoon. A short ten-ish minute drive from the airport and it was walking distance to downtown or broadway. We were able to walk to restaurants or bars and then Lyft if needed afterwards to get back. The LED light-up mirrors and vanity station was a perfect setup to get ready. The shower was wonderful with a ledge to hold items. There were so many amenities in David’s place, I could have packed extremely light. Some of my favorites amenities were the lint roller, in-shower supplies, razors, clothes hangers, tide-pods for use in the washer, snacks in the pantry— I really could talk about how comfortable they each made the trip forever. The lights around the master bed were a nice touch to help see at night while the lights were off. The duvet was wonderful and kept us cool. The blackout curtains made the daytime much easier. The kitchen glasses were such a treat for drinks during the day. I loved everything this place had to offer!

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

Delightful, spacious condo/apartment in a modern building with all the creature comforts, including luxury linens, a syrups-stocked coffee station, king-sized (and worthy) bed, walk in closet for all your boots and belt buckles, fancy fresh soaps and a cute balcony for pre-Broadway toasts or an early morning (caramel) coffee. Hosts were super helpful/gracious when we needed to “phone a friend” for a little help with the app in the parking garage. We loved this arty and super-cool apartment, and hope to return!

We absolutely loved our stay! Immediately felt welcomed. The view of the river was great and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. I also really appreciated how easy it was to walk to Broadway and all the fun attractions nearby. It was the perfect spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

We loved this place! Very quiet neighborhood and several restaurants that were in walking distance. Quick Ubers to our favorite attractions! Allen is very responsive and great communication at all times. My husband and I love Nashville and we will definitely return here to stay again! We enjoyed the decor and how we felt apart of the Nashville lifestyle! Thank you so much! Water in the fridge was much appreciated since we arrived later in the evening. A quick walk to Publix and we were set. Another convenience!
