Monthly Rentals in The Gulch, Nashville

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two months here and highly recommend it. The apartment looks exactly like the photos with floor to ceiling windows, great view, and plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable and my husband and I each had our own TV. 😁 Location can’t be beat with great restaurants and museum within walking distance. The pool area and rooftop deck are amazing! Covered free parking and Whole Foods attached. Andrew was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely return to this beautiful space!

I loved this Airbnb so much! The location is AMAZING. I felt super safe which was really important to me as a female staying alone. The street is quiet and peaceful which is so nice and you are a quick walk (less than 5!) to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, workouts, bars, and shopping! J.S. was very responsive and helpful with anything I needed / any questions I had. The place itself is beautiful, so spacious, beds were super comfortable, had everything I needed, etc. — oh and the private rooftop area was one of the best parts! I would come back in a heartbeat!

Main things i loved about the place was the location and the view. I love the neighborhood and the convenience to everything. Even if you wanted to go further downtown its a short drive away. The parking was private and gated which was nice. Place was comfortable enough for what we needed. All the great restaurants we visited were within 5 minutes away. Host was nice and very responsive.

This spot is great if you want to live close enough to all the happenings but avoid the hustle bustle and we wanted just that. The apartment is comfortable and is good for a couple. The bathroom doesn’t have a door and it wasn’t apparent to me from the pictures and that’s why I say it’s good for couples or really close friends :) Apartment was easy to find and so was parking. We used the kitchen which had everything that we needed. 10/10, will return!
