Bungalow holiday rentals in The Hamptons

Beautiful bungalow right on the water in Hampton bays! We had a blast bringing our pup as well and such a great location to get everywhere! Thanks for everything Steven! We will def be back!

Donna was honestly the best host I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. She was thoughtful, kind, responsive, and seems like a very nice person. They had even snacks and food available for us. All of the personal touches really made you feel welcome and at home- like you were staying with a friend- not just renting out a cold stranger’s house. The space was clean and quiet. It was a wonderful experience for us. We will visit again when we can!

My son was getting married at Giorgio’s (which Michele said it was 3 minutes away and it was) . Michele also answered all my questions and responded within minutes.. My aunt who lives in Brooklyn needed a place to stay with her dogs and Michele was very accommodating and my Aunt felt very comfortable in the cottage. It was exactly what we needed. Perfect host.

It was a nice peaceful place to unwind. I didn’t expect the parking situation (it was a busy weekend in a parking lot shared with a restaurant) so the valet drivers wanted to know if they could block me in for the night but they were nice/easy to communicate with. The restaurant is closer than I expected but closes at 10pm even on the weekends which surprised me. I was bummed the fire pits were mentioned in the listing but not functional although I guess that was in the restaurant’s control too. My only criticism is I think the rug should be replaced… but bed linens bathroom etc was all really clean and I would come back.

BEST HOST EVER. Honestly doesn’t get better than this. Not only did Monica go out of her way to connect and ensure I had everything I needed and more, but she made my entire stay unforgettable. Not only suggesting local places, but bringing me along with her to local places and events! Not only is she incredible, but her home is fantastic. Lots of beautiful art, a serene backyard with outdoor shower, hot tub, and sauna, AND right across the street from the beach. Loved it so much I’ve already booked another stay with her :)

Loved the stay! Very close to the beach. Loved having the bikes and the pool was also very nice. The unit we stayed in was very similar to the pictures but not the exact unit. The airbb listing also did not specify if there was a pull out couch but there was! Will definitely be back.

We were very happy with our apartment. It was very nice to have a little patio outside to sit and there were also lounge chairs there. Pool was heated and large, and we were on the beach. The only things I think could use improvement were the walls are thin and I heard the man in the next room snoring all night, they could use an exhaust fan in the bathroom and a few more electrical outlets.

Thanks to Steven for this wonderful time, the location is just amazing and beautiful! The accommodation was perfect, pleasant and very functional. We had dinner at the restaurant right next door and everything was perfect, it's very convenient. Communication was good, all the instructions given by Steven was very clear, the parking next door with the restaurant very convenient, everything went perfectly!

Emily’s home is beautiful and charming! You step in the door and feel at home. You can easily walk or bike or drive to wherever you need to go. She was an excellent host and the space is wonderful.

The location is perfect with a beautiful ocean view from the bedroom and back deck. What really makes this spot top notch is being able to book beach chairs & umbrellas the night before and arrive to the beach with them ready for you to relax and enjoy..no nonsense of hauling your own. The pool and property are also very well maintained.

Roberts place was perfect for our weekend getaway!!!! Very cozy, clean and very very close to twin you can walk to lots of restaurants shop and also the marina. Great communication and it was spacious. Beautiful backyard and very ease check in/checkout. Definitely be back. Thank you for the awesome stay!!!

It’s amazing everything perfect

Ronan's cottage is amazing with a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! The proximity to the shops and restaurants was also a plus. We had a great extended weekend with family--watching whales and BBQing in the backyard. Thank you for sharing your magical place with us!! See you next year....

This place is a hidden gem. So close to the beach, easy to get to and full of charm. We really enjoyed our stay and the location. It's small in places, but well-organized and every inch of space is thoughtfully used. You can tell they care a lot about this place and are looking to do more with it.

Staying at Jennifer’s was like visiting family. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the waves crashing in the distance, on a quiet dead end street in a residential area, was a perfect HQ for our time “out east” with our toddler. Jennifer’s house is a relatively quick 10 minute walk downhill to a large stretch of what is essentially a private beach for the area. There were a few mornings where we simply woke up and brought our coffee to the beach, then back to the house to get ready for the day (or back to beach). The house was also well appointed for rainy days with the television Wi-Fi and family games. Easy five minute drive into Montauk, 15 minutes to Amagansett. Great area. Technically walkable / jog / bike to town. Jennifer was a great host and we chatted about local recommendations etc. we are already planning our next visit! Don’t hesitate, book.

This house had everything we needed to feel at home. Each one had there own space & plenary of room to move around. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all you need to cook. Gwynn was a great host. She communicates very well & responds quickly. The location is so nice. Close to town & easy access to many things. So relaxing!!
