Suite aux recommandations des voyageurs, nous avons ajouté une table, un micro-ondes et un petit frigo. Petite terrasse extérieure avec table et chaises aux beaux jours, sans vis-à-vis. Possibilité de stationner votre véhicule ainsi que vos vélos. Le logement se situe aux environs des bords de Loire.

Perfect for a quiet stay and to visit Nantes in peace.

Located on the banks of the Loire, 25 minutes from Nantes, this apartment, in the heart of a large house, offers direct access to the Loire by bike. This completely renovated duplex offers a fully equipped kitchen open to a 20 m2 living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and upstairs, a large mezzanine with a 160 x 200 bed and two 90 x 200 beds. The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, TV and Wi-Fi. Linens and towels are provided.

Access to Nantes city center is 20 minutes by car and 7 minutes by TER from the village.

Easy transport: 7 minutes from the train station, C7 chronobus 150 meters away, 20 minutes from La Beaujoire Stadium and downtown Nantes.

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.
