The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.
