Following the recommendations of travelers, we have added a table and a small fridge. Small outdoor terrace with table and chairs on sunny days, without overlooking neighbors. Possibility to park your vehicle and bikes. The accommodation is located near the banks of the Loire.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Direct access to walking tours from the house. 20 minutes' drive from the center of Nantes. The apartment is adjacent to our house, with a private parking space. Ideal for working during the week or your weekend getaways! Quiet neighborhood, accessible only by car.

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

In a quiet and leafy residential area, close to the tram-train, the ring road (near the airport), shops, a leisure area (cinemas, restaurants), I welcome you in a house with garden, equipped kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedroom with queen size bed. Our house is from the 1950s it was designed from scratch by my dad. We live at the first and the apartment is below. We've updated everything. The apartment includes 1 big bedroom..with bed 1 sofa lounge and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden.. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.
