Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

Quiet apartment in old town house at the Dreiflußeck

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Altstadtapartment

Our 1-room apartment (approx. 40 m²) is located on the ground floor of a listed house in the historic old town of Passau. The window side opens to a small, sunny garden – a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Right outside the door begins the charming alley around Künstlergasse and Residenzplatz with many cafes and restaurants. The imposing cathedral and town hall are just a cozy five-minute walk away – ideal for culture lovers and city explorers.

The exclusive granny apartment is located on the edge of the Bavarian Forest and allows a variety of excursion possibilities. Beautifully located in the border triangle (Germany-Austria-Czech Republic), there are countless activities to do. Small but nice with a view of the Danube

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.

Apartment Weiß, 68 sqm (Thyrnau)

On 68 square metres you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, kettle and coffee machine, as well as coffee, various teas and spices, a double room with a large smart TV, another bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed (also suitable for two people), a bunk bed, a shower/WC and a changing table. Bed linen, towels and WLAN are available free of charge. Fitters are very welcome.

In the entrance area of this central apartment is a small equipped kitchenette. Tea and coffee will be made available. The bathroom with toilet and bathtub includes everything you need, such as towels, soap and toiletries. The bedroom/living room is equipped with a 1.60 m bed and fresh cotton bed linen. There is also a smart TV and a small dining area.
