It is located in the countryside, about 3 km from Altavilla Milicia and halfway between Palermo and Cefalù. There are no through roads to disturb the tranquility of nature.

As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
