Family-friendly holiday rentals in Torre Colonna-Sperone

Wir kamen ein paar Stunden vor dem eigentlichen Check-in bereits an, aber das war gar kein Problem, Giovanni war super flexibel und gab uns einige hilfreiche Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt. Der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight und zusammen mit dem hervorragenden Wein als Begrüßungsgeschenk war unser erster Abend bereits perfekt. Der Strand direkt vor der Tür ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt, feiner Sand, wenig los und glasklares Wasser sprechen für sich. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Giovanni für seine gastfreundliche und hilfsbereite Art.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns super gefallen. 👍👍 Das Gelände ist sehr schön mit einer tollen Umgebung/Landschaft drum herum. Außerdem wird das Gelände optimal gepflegt. Unser 2-Personen-Zimmer war ebenfalls schön. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sogar mit einem selbst gebackenen Kuchen empfangen. Der einzige Punkt, bei dem wir keine 5 Sterne geben ist die Lage hinsichtlich Erreichbarkeiten von Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zur nächsten Stadt Sciacca ist es zwar nicht weit, allerdings muss man zu den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten Siziliens recht weit fahren. Daher ist ein Mietwagen/Auto definitiv zu empfehlen bei der Unterkunft. Die beiden Gastgeber haben einen sehr sympathischen Eindruck gemacht. Die Kommunikation verlief über den Messenger der Airbnb-App sehr einfach und man bekam stets schnelle Antworten. Alles in einem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft definitiv weiter! Sofern man ein Auto hat lohnt es sich definitiv! Wir wünschen den Gastgebern alles Gute! 😊🙏

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Dario'nun evi şahane konumda, çok kullanışlı. Ama böyle merkezi bir evde kalıyorsanız gürültüyü göze almalısınız ve tabiki otopark için extra ücreti. Cefalu da kalacaksanız arabaya ihtiyaç da yok aslında. Ama biz başka yerlere de gitmeyi tercih ettiğimiz için araba da kiraladıl. Darion'nun dostluğu ve mütevaziliği çok hoşumuza gitti. Her konuda yardıma yetişti. Umarım ekimde tekrar görüşeceğiz sevgiler

Das Haus ist wunderschön auf einem kleinen Hügel gelegen. Der Garten ist mit unfassbar viel Liebe angelegt. Wir haben jede Sekunde dort genossen!! Margherita, ihr Partner und ihr Vater sind absolut herzliche Gastgeber und haben uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Besonderes Highlight der beheizbare Whirlpool mit Blick ins Tal Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!❤️

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

The whole apartment is amazing but the roof top in particular was out of this world! To have the outside space in the middle of the city is a real treat and Stefania’s place is an oasis of calm. It is just off the main thoroughfare so brilliantly located yet very peaceful. We were two couples and there was masses of space to be together and have some privacy when wanted. The kitchen has everything and more and I think belongs to a very good cook! Stefania arranged a taxi from the airport which made arrival smooth - especially as a flight change meant we arrived late and finding the apartment without Andrea’s help would have been much more difficult. We received lots of information in advance and were given tips and suggestions for places to visit and eat in Palermo. Everyone we encountered to do with the apartment was charming and could not have been more help including the friendly neighbour and delightful housekeeper. Thank you so much Stefania. Wish the dogs were included!!

The apartment has lots of character, with old fashioned furniture but in a good way. The small terrace is lovely with lots of plants surrounding you, a good place to have breakfast or read a book. Very comfortable bed and effective AC in the bedroom. Plenty of space. A great location in the old town with easy walking access to loads of good restaurants and bars, but also close to the more modern marina and its restaurants. It seems very secure with the lock system of the building generally. Lots of interesting books on Sicily spread around the place. Francesca was extremely helpful.

Loved the bright, airy, comfortable and well designed duplex flat with uber slow elevator to top floor! The street is very ‘rough’ pavement-wise and at a cross section with an abandoned building - off putting at first but Bianca’s place is truly a refuge from the grittier albeit fascinating side of Palermo. Everything you’d want to visit is within reach by foot. I am a solo traveler , 70 yrs old who would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay in a great location! Chiara was super friendly and gave us lots of recommendations and areas to explore. The air con and doors muted any noise from outside and made it a lovely stay in such a central part of the old town. The little balcony got a great amount of sun and was the perfect spot for a morning coffee. Certainly would recommend this airbnb!

Exceptional apartment, walking distance to all the sights and food. Very comfortable place with everything you would need. And yes the balcony view was fantastic, especially early morning and sunset. Antonio was a great host, reliable and communicated promptly. Palermo is a vibrant city and we loved it! Love to come back and stay again!

Vincenzo und sein Sohn Antonio sind großartige Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in der FeWo vom ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche hat alles, wad man benötigt. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr gut und modern eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist zur Nordseite ausgerichtet. D h., dass es in der Vorsaison dort zum längeren Sitzen ggf. noch etwas kühl ist. Es gibt aber einen wunderschönen hinteren Bereich, der durch die Südausrichtung zum aufwärmen einlädt. Im Sommer ist man bestimmt dankbar, dass die Terrasse nur in den frühen Morgenstunden in der Sonne liegt. Nach Cefalu kann man ohne Probleme laufen [1,6 km] und erspart sich somit den Parkstress. Geheimtipp: Auch unten am Hafen darf [noch] kostenlos geparkt werden. Wir können die FeWo sehr empfehlen.

L'esperienza nell'alloggio di Giuseppe è stata più che positiva. Host molto reattivo e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Zona tranquillissima. Un plauso al letto che è risultato molto confortevole. L'alloggio rispondeva alla descrizione dell'annuncio. Se dovessimo tornare in quella zona cercheremo di alloggiare nuovamente da Giuseppe. Consiglio a tutti questa esperienza.

Loves this apartment, the decor was cute and lots of attention to detail. The apartment was spacious with more than enough room for 3 of us. The kitchen was well equipped. The area is very central to all attractions and amenities with a big supermarket close by of you need it. The host took time to check us in and gave great instructions and some great recommendations- three lf which we choose and they were excellent. Recommend.

Lorenzo was very kind and discreet but always available if needed. The accommodation is more than adequate for a holiday stay with beautiful outdoor terraces and swimming pool with great views overlooking the sea. We did not have a car but a local bus is just a few minutes away for Cefalu. Beach is in walking distance. I would highly recommend if one is seeking a peaceful holiday

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in den Bergen von Campofelice di Roccella. Ruhige Lage, sehr privat und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Casa della Ceramica hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We had the best week staying at Bruno’s house. It was even better in person than the photos which is rare! We were a group of 7 including a 2 year old and 11 week old and the villa was perfect for a family holiday. You will not beat the view from the pool area during the day and watching the sunset. There are lots of options for eating outside and sun loungers for relaxing at the pool. The house was very clean and we found everything we needed. Bruno was the perfect host, very welcoming and responsive for any questions we had during our stay and provided contact details of a taxi driver, so we could be dropped into the town when we did not want to drive. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!

We hebben al heel wat Airbnb-verblijven gehad, maar dit was met stip het allerbeste ooit. Als gezin voelden we ons hier meteen thuis — en dat is zeldzaam. Alles klopte: het huisje was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, volledig uitgerust en perfect afgestemd op wat wij nodig hadden. Van aankomst tot vertrek verliep alles moeiteloos, in volledige privacy en met precies de juiste balans tussen contact en ruimte. Het zwembad was heerlijk — een fantastische plek om te ontspannen en echt te genieten van het buitenleven. En de tuin… wat een werk moet dat zijn om te onderhouden, maar het resultaat is verbluffend. Zo verzorgd, zo mooi. Het draagt enorm bij aan de rust en sfeer van de plek. Martina heeft aan alles gedacht. De sfeer, de voorzieningen, de rust… Het voelde bijna te mooi om waar te zijn. We vonden het oprecht moeilijk om afscheid te nemen, en dat zegt veel. Een plek als deze is zeldzaam. We komen hier met alle liefde terug.

Wauw, wat een plek! Terre di Bea is werkelijk een supermooie locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf de verschillende terrassen rondom het huis en bij het zwembad. De plung pool was perfect om even heerlijk af te koelen na een wandeling, en de buitenkeuken maakte het extra leuk om samen de lekkerste ontbijtjes, lunches en diners te bereiden. Wij zijn een gezin van 5 (met kinderen van 4, 7 en 9 jaar) en hebben ons hier enorm vermaakt. Luie ochtendjes aan het zwembad wisselden we af met actieve uitstapjes naar Cefalù en de omgeving – met fijne strandjes, gezellige restaurantjes en sfeervolle middeleeuwse straatjes om doorheen te slenteren. Ons verblijf bij Terre di Bea was echt het hoogtepunt van de vakantie. Dankjewel Antonio voor alles!

Patrizia's villa is beautifully located in Altavilla Milica. It is the perfect place for a family to spend a week in Sicily. As it says in the description, you need a car, but then you have places like Palermo, Cefalu, and Castellammare del Golfo within your reach. If you don't like to drive, you can hang out by the villa pool and just enjoy the surroundings. Patrizia was a very warm and friendly host who gave us great tips and information. I highly recommend staying at this place.

From booking until check out we found our journey to Mondello seamless and stress free. The property was in a beautiful location 10 mins walk from all restaurants and shops AND the beautiful sandy beach. On a daily basis it was a pleasure to walk home in the evenings after having a meal on the sea front in the beautiful safe surroundings. The property itself had everything we needed for a couple and was extremely comfortable. We decided to opt for the offer of transfer from the airport to the apartment and was met by a charming man who stopped at a local street food stall and purchased for us a typical Sicilian snack, a welcome surprise after our flight from the UK. The description and amenities of the property, including the swimming pool was accurate. The host was very responsive to all my questions prior to booking and even after booking was prompt and precise with his answers. We would definitely book again and have referred to our friends.
