Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Torre Colonna-Sperone

We loved the place! The view is stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Filippo is really friendly and communicating with him was quick. Shower was a bit chilly and sometimes there was a bit more music from the beach than we would have appreciated but we will keep very fond memories of this place.

Viviana and her mum were great hosts and helped us in every way they could. The location is superb, within a few minutes walk from a very quiet beach. The surroundings are beautiful with olive and lemon trees all over the place. We had one of the most relaxing holidays ever!

Hosts were really firendly. They left us some bakery products, water, beer and grapes. It was lovely. We also had a small problem with the alarm and they helped us in 5 minutes. We wanted to check-in half an hour earlier and they allowed us. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean - there were some ants, but the ants were also in our second apartment, where we stayed, so I guess it's normal :) We got to park right next to the apartment. The little city itself is cute, but there wasn't really anything to do. We loved one bakery that was like 150 meters from the apartment. We mostly went to Palermo by car. We cooked almost every dinner in the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed - bowls, knives, salt, oil etc. One of the hotplates did not work but it was okay. Overall we would recommend this place, it was cute and the design was awesome, you could park for free. But just keep in mind, that you shall need a car to drive to bigger cities/beaches.

Lovely homely stay and water on arrival. Bed was comfortable and the tv had all the apps. Daniela was very responsive and helpful with recommendations of where to eat around the accommodation.

We have very much enjoyed a week in Ute’s lovely house. Well equipped, very private and quiet, we felt at home instantly! Nice (vegetable) garden, beautiful views to mountains and from roof terrace also to sea. Pool is lovely. Like I said to Ute: a real paradise. We hope to return in future! cute room with basic cooking facilities. amazing view from the rooftop terrace, and also a small balcony in the room overlooking the street. a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants, but surprisingly quiet at night. a really convenient location for exploring palermo! we hope to return to palermo in the future, and stay at sven's place again!

a very pretty authentic house, with tastefully furnished and well-equipped apartments. our children have greatly appreciated the protected courtyard, for splashing in a tub or cycling. Elena is very attentive and courteous, even if we unfortunately did not get to know her personally, we felt very well taken care of. the location was ideal for us. close to the highway entrance for excursions, about 10 minutes to the sea with a very nice sandy beach - and even for jogging between the surrounding fields. without a car, it is less ideal, because there is nothing within walking distance. We highly recommend the baglio, whether as a family or couple. It is like a small home, far from home.

Great place, the small roads up hill scared us the first time. But was really no problem and definitely worth it with the great view we got of Cefalu.

The place is wonderful and spacious with a beautiful city view. It’s in a quiet area and short walk to the main strip. There is a tucked away square just 2 min walk with amazing restaurants and bars Highly recommend this place! Renata was so lovely and checked in to make sure everything was okay

Paola’s place was wonderful. We felt safe and secure within the building and the surrounding area. Centrally located to everything in the center of Palermo. The rooftop was simply amazing. We used it in the mornings, afternoon and evenings. The apartment is filled with natural light and views. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were of good quality and there was plenty of storage space. Piazza Belini had a lot to offer. 3 churches, the church bakery and music most nights. I highly recommend it. The best rooftop terrace in Palermo. Thank you Paola.

This is a beautiful Airbnb, especially with young children. We travelled with our kids (aged 1 and 4), and Valeria had everything we needed. The terraces were so beautiful as well and a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine after the kids had gone to bed. And the location was fantastic, very easy to walk around and enjoy the city. Stay here!

It was truly a privilege to stay at Lucia's custom built flat. It has the perfect blend of rich history and morden amenities. The view from the rooftop patio was out of this world and the flat was so close to all the major sites and yet completely isolated from street noise for a good rest. If you are lucky enough to find her listing available, you need to book it now! We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Lucia for a wonderful experience in Palermo!

Very welcoming family, good communication. Touring Sicily, this is the nicest accommodation we have stayed in. Our terrace was so lovely with magnificent views, we ate in every night. The pool was fantastic, we used every day, early morning and evening, so clean. thanks you.

Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and the space was both comfortable and stylish. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot. From the moment we arrived, Angelo was so kind and welcoming—he took the time to get us fully situated and made sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us some amazing local recommendations which helped us make the most of our time in Palermo. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment has lots of character, with old fashioned furniture but in a good way. The small terrace is lovely with lots of plants surrounding you, a good place to have breakfast or read a book. Very comfortable bed and effective AC in the bedroom. Plenty of space. A great location in the old town with easy walking access to loads of good restaurants and bars, but also close to the more modern marina and its restaurants. It seems very secure with the lock system of the building generally. Lots of interesting books on Sicily spread around the place. Francesca was extremely helpful.

The apartment is beautifully presented with a tasteful mix of vintage and modern furniture, very comfortable and with everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. We had an absolutely wonderful 5-night stay at Robert and Francesco’s beautiful apartment in Cefalù. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive hosts, making sure everything was perfect for ourstay. The apartment itself is stunning—tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight was the terrace—spacious, peaceful, and offering breathtaking views. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and every evening watching the sunset from there. It truly made the experience unforgettable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and historic center, yet tucked away enough to feel like a relaxing retreat. Robert and Francesco were always available for recommendations or assistance, and their hospitality made me feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cefalù. Highly recommend, and we hope to return soon.

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

We loved Fabio’s place. It was a great location within walking distance of most of the sights of Palermo. The accommodations were very clean and extremely comfortable! Highly recommend!
