Holiday rentals with beach access in Torrevieja

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

If you want an apartment that is peaceful, relaxing yet just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront and beach then you won't find a better option than this. Nestled within a complex of other apartments it has access to one of the best swimming pools we have experienced. Being on the first floor you can sit on the balcony overlooking the pool and watching the sun go down. On most occasions we had the pool to ourselves but even when other people were swimming it was still very quiet and peaceful. Just 5 minutes walk is a superb supermarket if you want to self cater like us. Alternatively there is a wide range of excellent restaurants nearby. The seafront is just a 10 minute walk along very pleasant well kept streets. This apartment is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Having our own business back in the UK we needed to keep in touch and the WI FI was also excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

The accommodation is perfect, super well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, dishes etc). It is located in a very nice residence with sea views and the beach is accessible within a 5-min walk very easily. The bus opposite takes you to the large station of Torrevieja from where you can take buses to other cities. Only small downside: the toilets, difficult to use because they are placed in front of the sinks and therefore not enough space, it can be complicated for tall people or elderly people etc.

Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hanna lives up to the term "superhost"! We were very well looked after Hanna in advance and during our stay and our questions were answered promptly and clearly. The apartment has top amenities and is very clean. The location is great, the apartment right on a beautiful beach. The center of town is also within walking distance. Good place, clean, easy to find.

We had a wonderful one month stay at this beautiful apartment. The location was outstanding…right on the promenade with so many restaurants to choose from. The owner was easy to communicate with…answering our questions right away. The balcony facing the promenade was a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked…but so many restaurants have a menu of the day for around 15€….was ate out every day. Highly recommend….would love to stay here again!

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Lovely villa just what we were looking for, would have been nice if there had been a couple of more nice restaurants near by but all and all we had a nice peaceful holiday

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

We were a group of 8 girls and spend a long weekend in this villa. The villa was amazing and absolutely stunning with the ocean view. It was well equiped and had everything you can think of. My girls and me fully enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect right at the beach an within a few minutes you can reach shops and restaurants. Märina is a great host and welcomed us so warmly. She also provided many recommendations and offered her help. Also the communication with Märina was so easy and she was very flexible. Thank you very much!

Brilliant stay at Samantha’s Nothing was too much trouble and she was on hand even for the daft wee things that crop up. Will definitely be looking to book again as the location is ideal for the local amenities. Can’t fault it !!!

We spent the days of Easter in Antonio's house and we had a great time, we can't wait to come back. The location is great and the group's room distribution for the 7 was perfect (5 Adults and two Children), even our pet has enjoyed a world on our morning hikes. Antonio has always been attentive, he gave us a lot of flexibility for both CheckIn and CheckOut, as well as many local recommendations.

The apartment was lovely, really clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and close to all the amenities. It was wonderful to have the private roof terrace too.

Loved Christian’s Flat! It felt like a home from home! We stayed for 2 nights and was exactly what we were after! A stones throw away from the beach, spotless flat, local to restaurants and even used the BBQ for dinner one night! Christian was a great host, nothing seemed to big! He gave us restaurant recommendations and let us check out a little later which was very kind! Would stay again if we’re back in Torrevieja.

Mr. Manuel was very helpful and understanding from the beginning. The accommodation met our expectations. What made our stay more enjoyable was the kindness of the owners, who helped us with all our questions about the surrounding area and how we could get around in that area. We recommend it and hope to return at the next opportunity.

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and did not bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want it. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce. She had a good knowledge of cheese and more. We will return and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

My partner and I went for a weekend and the truth is that despite being small, for a couple it is excellent. We are delighted, I recommend it 100%
