second time we have stayed and will not be the last. it's a beautiful apartment in a great location, a home from home.

Lovely property presented in very good condition. Pool needs to be heated (Not hosts fault clearly) and it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge as we arrived 23.00 on a Sunday. One design flaw was there is literally only one plug socket in the kitchen which seems bizarre All in all a very nice stay from a very responsive host, thank-you David Nina and Clayton

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

10/10. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a self catering holiday Pool bar with snacks. Bars and restaurants within 10 steps. Apartment located at the back over looking pool. Very quiet at night, especially clean all amenities you need. Couldn’t fault it highly recommend. Steph responded within 10 minutes with our queries while there. Thank you Steph. Will definitely book again in the future

Nice studio located in a good area with lots of bars and restaurants, coast and other amenities all walking distance. Olga and her manager are great to deal with.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

Excellent stay, the place was spotless and cosy. The roof terrace was fantastic with great views. Marion was excellent and on the ball. Would recommend.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

Beautiful appartment in a lovely location. The roof terrace is an excellent inclusion and a great place to catch the sun and unwind. Everything was great. We liked it so much we stayed extra nights.

Lovely clean apartment in a great location and suited us perfectly. We chose this ground floor location due to mobility issues and it was perfect, easily accessed with just a small step at the entrance to the complex. Everything was spot on and exactly as the description, WiFi and TV were good quality and beds were very comfortable. Dave is a top host and communicated quickly to every message. Highly recommended

Great stay, helpful host. Complex has a good pool and apartment was what we needed. Bottled water and fruit provided on arrival, host met us at the apartment making arrival easy. Will visit again

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

An amazing view just as shown on the photos in the listing. The host met us and showed us around, you have a private entrance on to the beach which is just a few steps from the block of apartments. There is a small supermarket just across the road and a larger one around 25 minutes walk. It is pretty much all flat so very easy to walk around, there’s also e scooters that can be used if you download the app. We managed to catch the Catamaran to Tabarca Island and saw dolphins on the way and took a nice walk up to Lake Rosa. The host left us a chilled bottle of Cava which we enjoyed sat out on the balcony in the warm evening. There were so many different things inside to use from cooking spices to needle and thread, all the toiletries you would need and beach items for younger children. Manou was interested to know if there was anything we felt should have been provided but I think he’s done a fab job with it all.

Great Home with all amenities swimming pool and roof terrace with beautiful views. Peaceful location in walking distance of town centre. Beautiful sea within a 5 min walk

Beautiful apartment absolutely pristine. Jacek was easy to communicate with. He Fitted us straight in with no hesitation at the last minute. Absolute must stay for anybody 5*

Fantastic stay! Everything you would ever need. Lots of toys for the kids for the pool even for the house. The house was immaculate and so beautiful. The host only took five minutes to reply even instantly 🤍🤍🤍We loved every minute of it and hopefully be back!

The accommodation was accurately described in what the host was offering. It is close to all amenities, the apartment was as described. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would defiantly be back to our host in the near future. Fully recommend & pleasant with our accommodation.

I actually live about a mile away from this property…. But needed a place to work remotely for a week whilst we had builders in our home. It was perfect for my needs, and the host was very proactive and helpful with letting me know about check-ins etc

Absolutely fabulous apartment, it had everything we needed for our short stay. We loved the seating on the balcony which gets full sunshine in the afternoon. Pool area was beautiful and very well maintained. Jan was an informative host and Dana the check in was a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return next summer with our children.
