Our beautiful holiday apartment was completely renovated and modernly furnished in 2022. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning. A bathroom and an open kitchen, this gives this holiday apartment a beautiful view of the living room and therefore of the beautiful Mediterranean! The next highlight is the large open balcony with a breathtaking view of the area's most famous sandy beach, "La Mata".

We rent out our newly renovated and modern furnished apartment in Spain on the Costa Blanca, Torrevieja – La Mata. The apartment is very cozy and lovingly furnished, with wonderful views of the sea. You can reach the large "La Mata" sandy beach within a few minutes by foot. There are also many restaurants and shopping possibilities within walking distance.
