This lovely townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is on 2 floors plus a roof terrace. On the 1st floor there is a living/dining room and kitchen, bathroom with shower and a laundry area. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. Only 850 meters to the sea, close to supermarkets, shops, Habaneras and restaurants/bars. There is a bus stop close to the property, which takes you to the center of Torrevieja or to La Mata beach if you don't want to walk.
