Wonderful quiet place to stay. Very relaxing. Modern apartment. Small quiet area with just a few shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and airport are just a short, cheap bus ride away. Beautiful place, lovely views from the balcony but the construction next door can be noisy during the day.

The location is very close to the beach, the apartment is suitable for that price, it has all the equipment of a normal floor.

We stayed in the condo for 10 days. The place was very clean, and well equipped (just enough but not so much it felt cluttered). The location was perfect. The ground floor meant that it was shaded all day. Also, it was off to the side. While it was close to the pool, you didn’t have people setting up towels by your own patio. Very short walk to beach, short walk to the main strip of restaurants and a grocery store. I highly recommend this condo.

Thank you for the amenities in the apartment we rented from you. The apartment has everything you need that makes it very easy to stay in it. Thank you very much for the capsules for washing, because we did not have any and with children it is impossible not to wash. (the only wish is that you buy a dryer for things because one rope on the balcony is very small) Thank you again, we wish you good tenants.

It is a highly recommended apartment. It's as if you were in a hotel but with a casa particular. We had a really nice time. The pool is fantastic.

I had a pleasant trip to Torrevieja, the location of the apartment was very close to the beach and local restaurants and shops, within walking distance of the centre also. The apartment was clean and well presented, check-in and out was flexibly managed, with great communication. I would definitely recommend to others wishing to visit Torrevieja.

Best place I’ve ever been to

We have a wonderful relaxing stay at Natalia and Oleg's beautiful apartment. Main sliding patio door opens onto a lovely landscaped garden with sun loungers, sofa, table and chairs for outdoor dining all to hand. The surrounding pools and gardens within the complex are beautiful, a lovely swim up bar, jacuzzi and gym all available. A 10 minute walk to the shopping boulevard where you can find lots of lovely shops and restaurants or alternatively a 10/15 minute walk to the beach front. Highly recommended, we loved it! Thank you.

Apartment just like the pictures. Very clean and all new. It's equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. We felt right at home. The area is perfect for relaxing with the family, as Arenales is very quiet. Upon arrival they were waiting for us to welcome us and explain how the facilities work. Beach about a 7 minute walk (to go it's downhill and to get back up a little steep). I recommend it and in the future we will be back.

We visited the penthouse over Christmas and when we say the place is amazing, we all meant it. All the amenities both on site and in the apartment were brilliant they really have thought of everything. As a group of 5 it met all our needs and we would give this property 5* and recommend to anyone. You are 15/20 mins to Alicante or Santa Pola or 45 mins from Benidorm by car. There is a stunning nature reserve at the back of the apartment. Loads of walking places if you enjoy it and make sure to visit Viewbar for a drink or afternoon snack or pop up the hill to Gran Alacant for the best cafe in town and to experience the platform over the edge of the cliff.

Nice apartment in wonderful location, it has everything you may need for a perfect stay, not just a regular Airbnb-prepared apartment, but feels like a home. Neighborhood is pretty and calm, small city, nice shops with fresh seafood, restaurants, everything’s near. Lidia is a nice host always ready to help. Willing to stay in future!
